Release 46.8 - Sat 10 Oct 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 46.8, scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 10th October 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 49759 - FPH - Updates to Completion of Training (CCT) Request form  (NEP-7613 Items 4 6 and 7)
  • 50047 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve paging control
  • 50056 - PHYSICIAN - Text update within Summary of Progress - Genitourinary Medicine page (NEP-8574)
  • 50089 - KEELE - Remove ability to record self-ratings and unverified ratings in Practical Skills and Procedures curriculum (NEP-8723)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 50094 - EPORTFOLIO - Incorrect form title populated in activity feed for custom built forms (NEP-8211)
  • 50116 - EPORTFOLIO - Display issue with grade on Post - Supervisor Details page
  • 50128 - MANAGEMENT - Error deleting a supervisor role with related posts (NEP-8845)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

49417 - PEP - Establish new Qualified Practitioner MSF forms (NEP-7323)
Within the PEP site, establish a new Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) process with Self Assessment, Feedback and Summary forms.

49719 - EPORTFOLIO - Convert ep_PickLocation to Typescript
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

49758 - FPH - Addition of OOPR to Out of Programme Placements (Not Contributing Towards Training) reasons (NEP-7613 Item 5)
Within the FPH site, when adding a new "Out of Programme Placements (Not Contributing Towards Training)" placement, provide a new option - OOPR (Research) - that can be selected by users.

49759 - FPH - Updates to Completion of Training (CCT) Request form  (NEP-7613 Items 4 6 and 7)
Within the FPH site, perform additional updates to the Completion of Training (CCT) Request form  - Prefilling the "Please indicate the number of months in health protection service location" field, adding a new "5 - FPH Office Review" stage and  disabling the automated creation of the  "Completion of Training (CCT) - GMC Recommendation Letter' and "Completion of Training (CCT) - UKPHR Recommendation Letter" forms on completion.

50047 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve paging control

50056 - PHYSICIAN - Text update within Summary of Progress - Genitourinary Medicine page (NEP-8574)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, in the "Summary of Progress - Genitourinary Medicine" page made available to users with the "Physician Genitourinary Medicine & Internal Medicine 2022 Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)" curriculum, remove extraneous text from the "8. Supervised Learning Events (SLEs): Case-based discussion (CbD) and mini-clinical evaluation exercise (mini-CEX) and Direct Observation of Procedural Skills (DOPS)" section.

50089 - KEELE - Remove ability to record self-ratings and unverified ratings in Practical Skills and Procedures curriculum (NEP-8723)
Within the KEELE site, for the Practical Skills and Procedures curriculum, disable the features that allow students to provide self-ratings and unverified ratings.

50094 - EPORTFOLIO - Incorrect form title populated in activity feed for custom built forms (NEP-8211)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the correct form title, based on the form title formula, is populated in users activity feed when forms are saved.

50099 - PHYSICIAN - Update display of uploaded certificate and exam data within Summary of Progress - IMT page (NEP-8763)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, create differentiation between items in section "9. MRCP (UK)" of the "Summary of Progress (IMT)" page that have been received via the Exam API and have been uploaded manually by trainees via the Certificates and Exams page and also provide a route to view uploaded files.

50116 - EPORTFOLIO - Display issue with grade on Post - Supervisor Details page
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue where posts where the grade abbreviation is 4 or more characters long is cropped when displayed beside a post.

50117 - HHP - Prevent users of the HHP User role from adding curricula to their training programmes (NEP-8864)
Within the HHP site, prevent users of the HHP User role from granting themselves access to additional curricula, restricting that permission to administrators.

50118 - EPORTFOLIO - Add Multi-factor authentication
Within ALL sites, introduce the ability for users to enable multi-factor authentication, further securing the login process for their account.

50121 - UMEP - Remove of target timeline admin following site split
Within the DUNDEE, KEELE, OXFORD, SWANSEA, UOC and UOS sites, remove access to unused Target Timeline functionality.

50128 - MANAGEMENT - Error deleting a supervisor role with related posts (NEP-8845)
Within the MANAGEMENT site, prevent an error occurring when an attempt was made to remove a supervisor role that has post relationships from an account.

50129 - FPH - Remove UserAddresses table
Within the FPH site, remove the UserAddresses table that was established for, but never used by, the membership API.

50130 - HHP - Replace HHP Logo with 2 x Trust logos (NEP-8881)
Within the HHP site, replace the Humber Health Partnership logo with separate Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Trust logos.
