Release 43.5 - Sat 26 Jul 2025

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 43.5 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 26th July 2025.

Update items included in this release are:

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 48673 - FPH - Prevent deletion of personal library files referenced in upload fields in forms (NEP-5106)
  • 48737 - PHYSICIAN - Sections incorrectly displayed when ARCP form viewed in read mode

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

47423 - SQUMED - Summary Dashboard (NEP-2621)
Within the SQUMed site, establish a Summary Dashboard for users with Junior Clerkship and Senior Clerkship graded posts.

48305 - FPH - Enable restriction of ARCP Panels by deanery (NEP 4494)
Within the FPH site, require a Deanery to be specified for each ARCP panel and restrict the view of ARCP panels to only those within Deanery to which the administrator is associated.

48500 - HFP - Updates to Form Groups (NEP-4808)
Within the HFP site, establish new form groups and associated menu items for the 2025/26 intake.

48501 - HFP - Establish 6 x new LNA forms for 2025-2026 learning outcomes (NEP-4809)
Within the HFP site, establish 6 x new LNA forms for the 2025/26 intake.

48558 - EPORTFOLIO - Database Diet
NHS ePortfolios internal item.

48604 - HFP - Updates to Certificate and Exams (NEP-5037)
Within the HFP site, update the list of Certificate and Exam types that can be selected when creating/editing a Certficate and Exam item.

48605 - HFP - Assurance Panel Outcome Form (NEP-5040)
Within the HFP site, establish a new Assurance Panel Outcome form.

48607 - PEP - Enhance recording and summary of management experience (NEP-5035)
Within the PEP site, establish a question template to make it easy for administrators to consistently add a question labelled Does this form relate mainly to a management or leadership experience? to form designs and update the Management & Leadership Pillar of the CASP Summary of Progress to also include forms where that question has been answered Yes.

48609 - EPORTFOLIO - Usability improvements in form publishing tab in form admin section
Within ALL sites, update the publishing tab within the form admin feature to simplify/streamline the publishing of the majority of form designs whilst retaining the ability to have multiple published instances as required for a minority of forms designs.

48611 - HFP - Update Import Users template to allow 4 curricula
Within the HFP site, update the template generated and used by the Import Users feature to allow four curricula to be specified per trainee during the initial account creation process.

48624 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to ARCP report following updates to ARCP Outcome form (NEP 5069)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the ARCP Report report to support the new 10.1 and 10.2 outcomes plus the N23 code that were recently added.

48637 - SWB - Update logo on SWB site to also include The Dudley Group (NEP 4806)
Within the SWB site, update the logo in the page header to include both the SWB and DGFT logos.

48638 - SWB - Update location tree to incorporate DGFT locations (NEP 4806)
Within the SWB site, update the location tree to include both SWB and SGFT locations.

48673 - FPH - Prevent deletion of personal library files referenced in upload fields in forms (NEP-5106)
Within ALL sites, prevent the deletion of files from the personal library when these files are referenced within file upload fields within filled forms.

48688 - HFP - Addition of reminder to link to correct curricula
Within the HFP site, add an information panel within forms to remind users to link to the appropraite curricula.

48692 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure consistency of post titles and include speciality within specific sites
Within the HFP and SQUMed sites, ensure that the specialty is included within post titles.
