Descriptions for these items are as follows:

1931 - UHB - Add new Custom Forms with pre-fill functionality (ZEN 38732)
Within the UMB site, update the CBD, mini-CEX and DOPS forms to allow specific fields to be pre-filled by the trainee during the ticket creation process.

1975 - UNDERGRADUATE - BSMS - New Declaration Form for BSMS (ZEN 38895)
Within the UMeP site, for students at the BSMS location, make a new declaration form available for use.

2152 - RCPI - Removal of RCPI & RCPI PCS specific code and database content

2174 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to existing DOPS - Dermatology Surgery form [ZEN 39389]
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish a new version of the "DOPS - Dermatology Surgery" form to include an additional question.

2175 - PHYSICIAN - Update "Audit, QI & Teaching" menu item title & page (ZEN 39407)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "Audit, QI & Teaching" menu item title & page content.

2276 - EPORTFOLIO - Standardise labels displayed in form titles
Within ALL sites, update the self entered icon to include descriptive text and ensure that forms saved as private are appropriately labelled.

2314 - PHYSICIAN - Unable to delete Physician ARCP Reviewer role
Within the PHYSICIAN site, resolve an issue that caused an error to occur when an attempt was made to delete the Physician ARCP Reviewer role from a user account.

2315 - PHYSICIAN - Relocate Summary Overview link from Progress to Assessment menu
Within the PHYSICIAN site, relocate the "Summary Overview" menu item from the "Progress" menu to the "Assessments" menu.

2318 - EPORTFOLIO - Error creating new user account with comma in username
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue that caused an error to occur when an attempt was made to create a new user account with a comma in the username.

2320 - RCPI - Removal of RCPI & RCPI PCS database content

2338 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to self-managed reflection forms (ZEN 39912)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "Reflection on Management / Leadership experience" and "Reflective Practice After Events" forms to ensure that saved instances are properly sorted within the overview page and so that both forms can be saved in a draft/non-draft state.
