Release 37.9 - Sat 20 May 2023

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 37.9 scheduled for deployment on Saturday 20th May 2023.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 45802 - EPORTFOLIO - Update selected user homepages to include create form button and current post widget
  • 45821 - FPA - New Site Build (ZEN 49561)
  • 45833 - EPORTFOLIO - Add text filter to Move Forms facility
  • 45847 - EPORTFOLIO - Update search behaviour in All Forms pages to allow searching by reference code (ZEN 49845)
  • 45895 - PHYSICIAN - Update maximum number of ARCP Panel Members from 8 to 15 (ZEN 49957)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 45886 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure name change is reflect in page header
  • 45894 - EPORTFOLIO - Alphabetical sorting of curricula when adding or editing a programme
  • 45901 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent linking signatures to draft filled forms (ZEN 50025)
  • 45910 - EPORTFOLIO - Unable to send a ticket request when email address is pasted using the mouse/touch (ZEN 50045)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

45802 - EPORTFOLIO - Update selected user homepages to include create form button and current post widget
Within ALL sites, update the home page

45821 - FPA - New Site Build (ZEN 49561)
Establish a new site - FPA - for the Faculty of Physician Associates.

45833 - EPORTFOLIO - Add text filter to Move Forms facility
Within ALL sites, provide users with the ability to filter the list of forms in the Move Forms facility based upon text within the form title, simplifying the process or moving - for example - all MSF or TAB forms from post to post.

45847 - EPORTFOLIO - Update search behaviour in All Forms pages to allow searching by reference code (ZEN 49845)
Within ALL sites, update the text filter within form overview pages so that it can be used to locate a form by form reference number.

45886 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure name change is reflect in page header
Within ALL sites, ensure that if a user changes their profile details that these changes are immediately reflected in the page header.

45894 - EPORTFOLIO - Alphabetical sorting of curricula when adding or editing a programme
Within ALL sites, ensure that curricula are alphabetically sorted when being listed together.

45895 - PHYSICIAN - Update maximum number of ARCP Panel Members from 8 to 15 (ZEN 49957)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, allow up to 15 panel members to be added to an ARCP Panel (the limit was previously 8).

45901 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent linking signatures to draft filled forms (ZEN 50025)
Within ALL sites, remove the ability to link a signature to a form that is saved in a DRAFT state.

45910 - EPORTFOLIO - Unable to send a ticket request when email address is pasted using the mouse/touch (ZEN 50045)
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue where the Create Ticket button was not enabled if if the recipient email was pasted using purely mouse/touch gestures.
