Release 43.3 - Sat 21 Jun 2025

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 43.3 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 21st June 2025.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 48148 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to supervisor search process to enable searching by email
  • 48306 - UMEP - BELFAST - 03 - Remove data and code from NHS ePortfolios
  • 48374 - PEP - Update PEP forms to use bootstrap styles
  • 48376 - EPORTFOLIO - Admin Curriculum overview page incorrectly showing Published flag
  • 48378 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Preferences menu item.
  • 48456 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure entire content of alerts are displayed within historic roles
  • 48489 - DGFT - Removal of DGFT specific code and database content (NEP 4806)

  • 48640 - PHYSICIAN - Months counted towards training field displayed in ARCP form
  • 48651 - EPORTFOLIO - Migrate Site Statistics from Reporting to ePortfolio Admin

48106 - EPORTFOLIO - Update JavaScript Libraries
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

48116 - FPA - 03 - Removal of FPA specific code and database content
Remove all code/database content relating to the now retired FPA site.

48148 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to supervisor search process to enable searching by email
Within ALL sites, allow users to search using email address or registration number in addition to name whilst associating supervisors with posts.

48306 - UMEP - BELFAST - 03 - Remove data and code from NHS ePortfolios
Within the UMeP site, remove any/all data relating to the Belfast location.

48374 - PEP - Update PEP forms to use bootstrap styles
Within the PEP site, ensure that appropriate styling is applied to old form designs.

48376 - EPORTFOLIO - Admin Curriculum overview page incorrectly showing Published flag
Within ALL sites, ensure that when editing a curriculum that correct Published/Edited/Retired flags are displayed at the top of the page.

48378 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Preferences menu item.
Within ALL sites, create a new "Preference" item within the Profile menu and use this to access a page containing the features that used to be within the "Communication Preferences" tab on the page accessible by selecting "Personal Details" in the Profile menu.

48456 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure entire content of alerts are displayed within historic roles
Within ALL historic roles, ensure that the full content of alerts are always displayed.

48489 - DGFT - Removal of DGFT specific code and database content (NEP 4806)
Remove all code/database content relating to the now retired DGFT site.

48507 - MANAGEMENT - Remove Thread Report page

48548 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure effectiveness of Forgotten Password page throttle

48586 - EPORTFOLIO - Incorrect placeholder text in create form popup
Within ALL sites, ensure that correct placeholder text is displayed when no post/placement/rotation is selected within the "Create Form" pop-up.

48613 - EPORTFOLIO - Update default for notification when a ticket request is completed
Within ALL sites, update the default value for "Receive a notification when a ticket request is completed" from "Via Email" to "None" for new accounts as this feedback is now included within the Activity Feed.

48631 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Attendance Report

48635 - RUH - Copy Core Cancer Capabilities  and Education Framework (ACCEND) curriculum from SWB
Within the RUH site, establish a copy of the "Core Cancer Capabilities  and Education Framework (ACCEND)" currently located within the SWB site.

48640 - PHYSICIAN - Months counted towards training field displayed in ARCP form
Within the PHYSICIAN site, resolve an issue whereby the "Months counted towards training" field was incorrectly displayed prior to the selection of any outcome.

48651 - EPORTFOLIO - Migrate Site Statistics from Reporting to ePortfolio Admin
Within the AHC, CPICS, ESNEFT, RUH, SNHSFT, SWB and WSFT sites, ensure that the "Site Statistics" page is accessible via ePortfolio Admin, not Reporting.
