Release 34.6 - Sat 20 Nov 2021

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 34.6, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 20th November 2021.

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 43519 - CSRH - Text wrap issue on 'Level of Supervision' pre-fillable field when ticketing Formative OSATS
  • 43859 - EPORTFOLIO - Users unable to download XML data using 'Profile > Download Export' menu item
  • 43868 - UMEP - Viewing the "Supervised Students" page for a student account results in an error being logged
  • 43906 - EPORTFOLIO - Retiring curricula does not prevent them from being added by users
  • 43914 - EPORTFOLIO - Supervisors not linked to a trainee by post are able to access the trainee's portfolio after signing a form
  • 43931 - EPORTFOLIO - Update SqlJob failed for Physician Training Programmes Missing Default Forms
  • 43975 - EPORTFOLIO - Unable to create forms using the Create Forms button

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

1856 - MANAGEMENT - Administer Support Logs
Within the MANAGEMENT site, provide a new facility for viewing/managing data submitted by users via the Help > Support form.

43761 - EPORTFOLIO - Rationalise reporting sprocs
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43800 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove FormHelpTitle field from FormHelpText table
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43837 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve usability of Administer Site Training Programmes UI
Within ALL sites, replace the existing Administer Site Training Programmes facility with a new easier to use facility.

43847 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Supervised Trainees pages
Within ALL sites, improve the usability of the "Supervised Trainees" page available when an administrator is viewing a supervisor account, adding the ability to associate the supervisor with a trainee post.

43870 - FOUNDATION - Remove Current Trainee Report
Within the FOUNDATION site, remove the now redundant "Current Trainee Report" report.

43902 - BNU - Change to fields in Personal Details (ZEN 46207)
Within the BNU site, remove the GMC number and add a new "Student ID" number field where appropriate (e.g. the personal details page, user search, bulk tag admin)

43962 - UMEP - KEELE - Update logo (ZEN 46331)
Within the UMeP site, replace the existing logo representing Keele University with the new/current logo.

43519 - CSRH - Text wrap issue on 'Level of Supervision' pre-fillable field when ticketing Formative OSATS
Within the CSRH site, resolve issue where text labels for bullet points in the "Level of Supervision" question wrapped in an unsightly manner within the Formative OSATS form.

43859 - EPORTFOLIO - Users unable to download XML data using 'Profile > Download Export' menu item
Within ALL sites, ensure that users of all roles have the ability to download their data in a machine-readable format.

43868 - UMEP - Viewing the "Supervised Students" page for a student account results in an error being logged
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43906 - EPORTFOLIO - Retiring curricula does not prevent them from being added by users
Within ALL sites, prevent a redirect curriculum from being available to add to a users training programme

43914 - EPORTFOLIO - Supervisors not linked to a trainee by post are able to access the trainee's portfolio after signing a form
Within ALL sites, prevent supervisors from viewing the portfolios of trainees to whom they are not associated but for whom they have signed a form / provided a curriculum rating.

43931 - EPORTFOLIO - Update SqlJob failed for Physician Training Programmes Missing Default Forms
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43975 - EPORTFOLIO - Unable to create forms using the Create Forms button
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue whereby not all available forms were displayed when using the create forms button if the user had overlapping programmes.
