Release 32.6 - Sat 16 Jan 2021

4287 - PHYSICIAN - Declaration and Educational Agreement (ZEN 43538)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, replace the existing declarations and agreements page with a new overview page akin to that in use elsewhere within the site.

4308 - DPH - Update handling of Declarations and Agreements (ZEN 43579)
Within the DPH site, replace the existing custom declarations and agreements page with a new overview page akin to that in use elsewhere within the site.

4309 - EPORTFOLIO - Enable Profile Photo Rotation (ZEN 43611)
Within ALL sites, provide users with the ability to rotate their profile photo.

4478 - PHYSICIAN - [nes_OverallProgress] control name visible in title of draft Educational Supervisors Report (IMT) forms
Within the PHYSICIAN site, resolve issue experienced with the title for draft "Educational Supervisors Report (IMT)" forms.

4499 - EPORTFOLIO- Error generated when Supervisor enters 4000 character comment in Curriculum rating
Within ALL sites, prevent an error from occurring when a supervisor provides more than 4,000 characters in a curriculum rating.

4500 - EPORTFOLIO - Make PostId column within TicketForms NOT NULL

4521 - UMEP - Allow rating from Practical Skills and Procedures Summary Page
Within the UMEP site, add a menu item to allow users to add a rating via the Practical Skills and Procedures Summary of Progress page.

4525 - UMEP - Allow UMEP Super Tutors to rate curricula (eg Practical Skills and Procedures) (ZEN 43701)
Within the UMEP site, for all locations, allow users of the UMeP Super Tutor role to add curriculum ratings in the same manner as users of the UMeP Professional Mentor and UMeP Tutor roles.

4529 - EPORTFOLIO - Curricula cannot be changed to Published status
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue where the process of publishing a previously retired Curriculum was overly cumbersome. 4540 - UMEP - UndergradMedical Number missing from advanced user search (ZEN 43814)
Within the UMEP site, ensure that the Undergraduate Number is searchable within the advanced user search.

4541 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow folder deletion within personal library
Within ALL sites, allow users to delete entire folders where possible rather than forcing users to delete items individually. 4561 - EPORTFOLIO - Form Analytics error on new users
Within ALL sites, prevent an error from occurring when "Form Analytics" is viewed within a new account.

4598 - EPORTFOLIO - Unable to select multiple Form Groups within Summary Report
Within ALL sites, restore the ability to select more than one Form Group when running the "Summary Report" report.

4601 - EPORTFOLIO - Error Message when trying to Administer an Alert/Administer Information Item
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue preventing the editing of existing alerts and information items.

4604 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove multiple Information Categories
Within the FOUNDATION, PHARMACY and PHYSICIAN sites, merge duplicate identically named information categories.

4611 - STIF - New Site Build
Establish a new site named STIF on behalf of the STI Foundation.

4612 - EPORTFOLIO - Scroll bars appear after selecting Actions droplist on Import College Exam/Certs page
Within the PHYSICIAN site, resolve a styling issue with the "Import College Exam/Certs" facility available to users of the "Physician JRCPTB Administrator" role.

4622 - MANAGEMENT - Remove User Delete tab
Within the MANAGEMENT site, remove the "User Delete" tab that which only worked on newly created, never accessed accounts.

4633 - EPORTFOLIO - Error Text displayed after uploading Signature jpg
Within ALL sites, prevent a validation error being erroneously displayed after successfully uploading a signature image.

4636 - ICELAND - Duplicate 'Admin Tags' menu option displayed on User profile
Within the ICELAND site, remove duplicate "Admin Tags" menu item.

4638 - EPORTFOLIO - Server Error in Application when 'Privacy' url selected
Within ALL sites, prevent an error from occurring when the Privacy footer link is clicked in a site when no site specific privacy statement has been provided.

4653 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to form group selector behaviour on form overview pages (ZEN 43538)
Within ALL sites, to avoid confusion, remove the form group selector when navigating to a specific form group via the menus.

4684 - EPORTFOLIO - Add new Created By and Last Modified By option in custom form title
Within ALL sites, provide site owners with the ability to include the Created Date in custom form titles where before they only had an option to include the Last Modified Date.
