Below are the items that are to be included in Release 41.4 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 7th September 2024.

  • 47628 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent email notification when a declined or expired ticket request is deleted
  • 47649 - FPH - Uploaded files not saved in ticket pre-fill

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46957 - FPH - Members Portal API    
For the FPH site, retrieve data from the FPH Members Portal to allow the creation/updating of user accounts.

47212 - HFP - Professional Behaviour Assessment (PBA)
Within the HFP site, establish new "Professional Behaviour Assessment (PBA)" forms (Self, Feedback and Summary)

47346 - CPICS - Basic Site Build (NEP-1907)
Establish a new site - CPICS - for Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care System.

47348 - EPORTFOLIO - Standardise file upload field behaviour - Part 1 of 2
Within ALL sites, update the file upload field within custom built forms to allow multiple files, not just a single file, to be uploaded.

47389 - FPH - Activity Summary Sheet Form
Within the FPH site, publish an entirely new "Activity Summary Sheet" form.

47458 - PHYSICIAN - Allow selection of multiple specialties when rating curriculum items (NEP-1937)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, when providing a rating that requires the selection of a specialty, provide the option to select multiple specialties at once.

47526 - HFP - Prevent display of attention items to trainees
Within the HFP site, prevent attention item flags triggered by PBA forms from being visible to users of the HFP Trainee Pharmacist role.

47552 - UMEP - BUCKINGHAM - Establish new Training Programme without CAPS functionality and features (NEP-1678)
Within the UMEP site, for the BUCKINGHAM location, establish a new "Buckingham Undergraduate Programme v4" programme.  Users with the new programme only will not see any CAPS related forms or features.

47553 - UMEP - BUCKINGHAM - Establish Buckingham specific practical skills and procedures functionality (NEP-1678)
Within the UMEP site, for the BUCKINGHAM location, establish a new location specific Practical Skills and Producedures functionality for users on the "Buckingham Undergraduate Programme v4" programme.

47558 - FPH - Members Portal API Part 2    
For the FPH site, establish an API that allows CCT and OOP data to be retrieved by the FPH Members Portal.

47610 - CPICS - Copy form designs from other sites to CPICS site
Within the CPICS site, establish copies of form designs from other sites.

47611 - CPICS - Copy curricula from other sites to CPICS site
Within the CPICS site, establish copies of curricula from other sites.

47612 - CPICS - Copy MSF process from UHP (NEP-1907)
Within the CPICS site, establish a copy of the MSF process that was previously made available within the UHP site.

47615 - RUH - Basic Site Build (NEP-1907)
Establish a new site - RUH - for Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust

47623 - EPORTFOLIO - Fix PDF generation for Blink engine
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

47628 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent email notification when a declined or expired ticket request is deleted
Within ALL sites, prevent email messages being sent to ticket recipients when a ticket that has already expired or been declined is subsequently deleted by the sender.

47632 - FPH - Update available post statuses
Within the FPH site, update post statuses to include "Maternity/Parental Leave" instead of "Maternity".

47649 - FPH - Uploaded files not saved in ticket pre-fill
