Release 34.4 - Sat 16 Oct 2021

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 34.4, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 16th October 2021.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 43702 - SWFT - Certificates and Exams menu item missing from site (ZEN 45898)
  • 43717 - EPORTFOLIO - Update NuGet Packages and JavaScript Libraries
  • 43732 - PHYSICIAN - Update Location Tree (ZEN 45861)
  • 43762 - STIF - Curriculum from Import Users may not be working
  • 43763 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Redis usage from FullPortfolio generation
  • 43799 - SWFT - Certificate and Exam Reporting

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 43648 - EPORTFOLIO - Associate your form pop up does not resize in narrow viewports
  • 43725 - EPORTFOLIO - Display bugs due to base font size change
  • 43739 - EPORTFOLIO - Import users template only contains tags in use (ZEN 45980)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

43648 - EPORTFOLIO - Associate your form pop up does not resize in narrow viewports
Within ALL sites, ensure that the pop-up used when creating associations from forms resizes correctly on narrow / mobile devices.

43702 - SWFT - Certificates and Exams menu item missing from site (ZEN 45898)
Within the SWFT site, provide access to the "Certificates and Exams" functionality that is already available in other sites.

43717 - EPORTFOLIO - Update NuGet Packages and JavaScript Libraries
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43725 - EPORTFOLIO - Display bugs due to base font size change
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43732 - PHYSICIAN - Update Location Tree (ZEN 45861)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the locations within "Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust", "Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust" and "University of South Manchester".

43739 - EPORTFOLIO - Import users template only contains tags in use (ZEN 45980)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the Tags columns in Import Users template contains all user tags, not just user tags that are already in use.

43762 - STIF - Curriculum from Import Users may not be working
Within the STIF site, ensure that curricula are correctly assigned when users are imported using the Import Users tools.

43763 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Redis usage from FullPortfolio generation
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43794 - UMEP - Deleting a ticketed rating generates an error when viewing All Tickets on Ticket Request page.
Within ALL sites, ensure that if a rating generated in response to a ticket is deleted, that the ticket login code can be reused and that the ticket overview page does not throw an error.

43799 - SWFT - Certificate and Exam Reporting
Within the SWFT site, provide authorised personnel with access to the "Certificates and Exams" report.

43860 - UMEP - specify your role within this position field not populated in TAB forms opened in update mode
Within the UMEP site, ensure that the "specify your role within this position" is correctly populated when editing an existing TAB form.

43882 - EPORTFOLIO - Users unable to raise a ticket using IE11 browser
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue that was preventing users of Internet Explorer 11 from being able to create a new ticket request.

43885 - PHYSICIAN - MCR Year Summary Sheet not updating when grade changed (ZEN 46182)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, resolve an issue where the MCR Year Summary Sheet page was not updated when the grade filter was modified.

43889 - EPORTFOLIO - Error generated searching for Supervisors details when adding a post using IE11
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue that was preventing users of Internet Explorer 11 from being able to associated supervisors with posts.

43890 - EPORTFOLIO  - Javascript errors displayed when using IE11
