Release 31.7 - Sat 29 Aug 2020

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 31.7, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 29th August 2020.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 3337 - PEP - Update home page to display Activity instead of Form Status (ZEN 42845)
  • 3365 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve usability of selected user navigation when viewed on narrow screen devices
  • 3388 - UMEP - New 'Practical skills and procedures' form
  • 3408 - UMEP - Switch on Ticketing for Curriculum Ratings for 'Practical skills and procedures' curriculum
  • 3409 - UMEP - Summary of Progress page for Practical skills and procedures
  • 3958 - UMEP - 'Practical skills and procedures' form auto-linking
  • 3959 - UMEP - 'Practical skills and procedures' functionality
  • 4007 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to My Draft Forms page
  • 4018 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove 'Blank' Curriculum Ratings Rules
  • 4024 - MOBILE APP - UMEP - Make new 'Practical skills and procedures' form available in mobile app
  • 4047 - UMeP - Update permissions so form and summary only shown for students with the curriculum

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 3992 - EPORTFOLIO - Uploads within self managed forms do not work when generating a pdf

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

3337 - PEP - Update home page to display Activity instead of Form Status (ZEN 42845)
Within the PEP site, update the PEP User homepage, removing the "Form Status" panel and replacing it with the Activity Feed.

3365 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve usability of selected user navigation when viewed on narrow screen devices
Within ALL sites, move the "side" navigation to the top when browsing another user account, improving usability on small screen and mobile devices.

3388 - UMEP - New 'Practical skills and procedures' form
Within the UMeP site, establish a new "Practical Skills & Procedures" form.

3408 - UMEP - Switch on Ticketing for Curriculum Ratings for 'Practical skills and procedures' curriculum
Within ALL sites, provide administrators with an easy way of marking curriculum items as rateable via a ticket request. Within the UMeP site, ensure curriculum item ratings within the new "Practical Skills and Procedures" curriculum can be requested via a ticket.

3409 - UMEP - Summary of Progress page for Practical skills and procedures
Within the UMeP site, establish a new Summary of Progress" page for showing form and rating activity in relation to the new "Practical Skills & Procedures" form and curriculum.

3958 - UMEP - 'Practical skills and procedures' form auto-linking
Within the UMeP site, ensure that non-draft "Practice Skills & Procedures" forms are automatically linked to the appropriate curriculum item.

3959 - UMEP - 'Practical skills and procedures' functionality
Within the UMeP site, add new functionality to support the logging and ratings of the GMC Practical skills and procedures

3992 - EPORTFOLIO - Uploads within self managed forms do not work when generating a pdf
Within ALL sites, ensure that when a form that includes a file upload facility

4007 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to My Draft Forms page
Within ALL sites, update the "My Draft Forms" page to improve usability.

4018 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove 'Blank' Curriculum Ratings Rules
Within ALL sites, update the curriculum view to ensure all curriculum ratings are visible (prevent the hiding of blank curriculum ratings).

4024 - MOBILE APP - UMEP - Make new 'Practical skills and procedures' form available in mobile app
Within the UMeP site, ensure that the new "Practical Skills & Procedures" form can be created in the offline capable mobile app.

4047 - UMeP - Update permissions so form and summary only shown for students with the curriculum
Within the UMeP site, ensure the new "Practical Skills & Procedures" form and summary of progress are only available when the student has the necessary curriculum.
