Release 28.1 - Sat 9 Feb 2019

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 28.1, scheduled for deployment on Sat 9 Feb 2019.

Update items included in this build are:

  • 1450 - EPORTFOLIO - Release Note Searching
  • 1549 - UNDERGRADUATE - Add eLfH menu item
  • 1573 - UNDERGRADUATE - BRISTOL - Change Permissions on Assessment Forms [ZEN 38070]
  • 1595 - EPORTFOLIO - Include Created By in Analyse Forms report output
  • 1658 - PHYSICIAN - Enable “switch selected user” feature for administrators
  • 1664 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Recently Accessed Users tab
  • 1665 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to user search results to improve usability on small screens
  • 1682 - EPORTFOLIO - Upgrade from Bootstrap v3.3.7 to v3.4

  • 1622 - MANAGEMENT - Restore missing menu items
  • 1624 - EPORTFOLIO - Update support text in emails confirming completion of a ticketed form
  • 1645 - EPORTFOLIO - Highlight words extension does not handle html tag matches
  • 1678 - EPORTFOLIO - Error page displayed when navigating using browser back button after changing role

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

1450 - EPORTFOLIO - Release Note Searching
Provide a facility to allow users to search within the public Release Notes section.

1549 - UNDERGRADUATE - Add eLfH menu item
Within the UNDERGRADUATE site, provide students with the ability to link an e-LfH account and view details of associated e-LfH Learning Activities.

1573 - UNDERGRADUATE - BRISTOL - Change Permissions on Assessment Forms [ZEN 38070]
Within the UNDERGRADUATE site, update permissions to prevent users in Bristol from being able to create the default UMeP Assessment forms.

1595 - EPORTFOLIO - Include Created By in Analyse Forms report output
Within ALL sites, include the name of the user that created a form within Analyse Forms output.

1658 - PHYSICIAN - Enable “switch selected user” feature for administrators
Within the PHYSICIAN site, provide Administrators with access to the "Switch Selected Users" feature.

1664 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Recently Accessed Users tab
Within ALL sites, update the content and layout of the "Recently Accessed Users" tab to improve usability.

1665 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to user search results to improve usability on small screens
Within ALL sites, update the content and layout of the user search results tab to improve usability.

1682 - EPORTFOLIO - Upgrade from Bootstrap v3.3.7 to v3.4
