Below are the items that are to be included in Release 27.6, scheduled for deployment on Sat 10 Nov 2018.

Update items included in this build are:

  • 1074 – EPORTFOLIO – Ensure consistent date formatting within form titles
  • 1116 – EPORTFOLIO – Updates to PrivacyStatement and PrivacyStatementHistory tables/triggers
  • 1162 – EPORTFOLIO – Update e-LfH page to show details of programmes for which data is exchanged
  • 1169 – EPORTFOLIO – Clean-up dates in existing nes_OverrideDisplayText values
  • 1177 – EPORTFOLIO – Remove epv1 link
  • 1192 – EPORTFOLIO – Establish history for UserTrainingProgrammes table
  • 1222 – EPORTFOLIO – Update Form Title Formula Placeholder
  • 1293 – EPORTFOLIO – Remove New Relic
  • 1359 – PHYSICIAN – Remove the ARCP Assessor, Central Reviewer and Administrator roles from accounts with other roles [ZEN 37748]

1074 – EPORTFOLIO – Ensure consistent date formatting within form titles
Within ALL sites, ensure that dates are consistently displayed as dd mmm yyyy for all forms.

1116 – EPORTFOLIO – Updates to PrivacyStatement and PrivacyStatementHistory tables/triggers
NHS ePortfolios internal item.

1162 – EPORTFOLIO – Update e-LfH page to show details of programmes for which data is exchanged
Within ALL sites, on the e-LfH page, display details of which e-LfH projects NHS ePortfolios receives data for and which can be linked from within the current site.

1169 – EPORTFOLIO – Clean-up dates in existing nes_OverrideDisplayText values
Within ALL sites, ensure that existing formula derived form titles are update to ensure consistent display of dates.

1177 – EPORTFOLIO – Remove epv1 link
Within ALL sites, remove links to historic (pre-2008) NHS ePortfolios site.

1192 – EPORTFOLIO – Establish history for UserTrainingProgrammes table
NHS ePortfolios internal item.

1222 – EPORTFOLIO – Update Form Title Formula Placeholder
Within ALL sites, update date placeholder used within Form Title formula to better align with purpose.

1293 – EPORTFOLIO – Remove New Relic
NHS ePortfolios internal item.

1359 – PHYSICIAN – Remove the ARCP Assessor, Central Reviewer and Administrator roles from accounts with other roles [ZEN 37748]
Within the PHYSICIAN site, remove the “Physician ARCP Assessor”, Physician Central Reviewer” and “Physician Administrator” role from accounts that have other specific roles.

1275 – EPORTFOLIO – Download Personal Library facility allows attempt when no files exist
Within ALL sites, resolve an error that arises when a user deletes all files within their personal library between requesting a downloadable archive and this being generated.

1317 – MOBILE APP – Cannot connect to storage
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue where the mobile app was unable to access files in storage (e.g. profile pictures)
