Descriptions for these items are as follows:

1784 - DPH - New Trainee Assessment Form (ZEN 42057)
Within the DPH site, retire the existing "Trainee Assessment Form – TPD Summary & Comments v3" form and publish new "Trainee Assessment Form" form.

5034 - UMEP - BSMS - Retire custom Reflection forms (ZEN 44412)
Within the UMeP site, for the BSMS location, retire the reflection forms shared with other UMeP locations.

5117 - RCEM - Make RCEM site Read Only (ZEN 44683)
Within the RCEM site, prevent the creation/modification/deletion of all forms, curricula and other evidence linked to RCEM training programmes.

43317 - PHYSICIAN - New Pharmaceutical Medicine Multi-Source Feedback (MSF) forms and summary (ZEN 45084)
Within the PHYSICIAN site establish new "Pharmaceutical Medicine CiPs 2021 Multi-Source Feedback (MSF)" and "Summary MSF (Pharmaceutical Medicine CiPs 2021)" forms and publish to trainees with the "Physician Pharmaceutical Medicine 2021 Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)" curriculum. Additionally, update the existing "Pharmaceutical Medicine Multi-Source Feedback (MSF)" and "Summary MSF (Pharmaceutical Medicine)" forms so that they are only published to trainees with either the "Physician Pharmaceutical Medicine 2007" or "Physician Pharmaceutical Medicine 2010 (amendments 2014)" curricula.

43361 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove unnecessary titles from homepages
Within ALL sites, remove titles from homepages, improving usability on small/narrow screen devices by reducing the requirement to scroll.

43363 - EPORTFOLIO - UI updates to e-Learning for Healthcare (e-LfH) overview page
Within ALL sites, improve the usability of the e-LfH overview page by updating UI elements to match other overview pages.

43371 - UMEP - BSMS - Remove unused curricula and prevent non-applicable curricula being added (ZEN 44953)
Within the UMeP site, for students at the BSMS location, remove all unused curricula except "BSMS PPD Curriculum" and prevent the re-introduction of such.

43375 - UMeP - Modify Import Users to allow selection of curricula
Within the UMeP site, update the Import Users tool to allow the selection of appropriate curricula to be added within new training programmes.

43383 - PHYSICIAN - Remove Absences
Within the PHYSICIAN site, remove the Absences menu item from the Profile menu and remove all data orphaned by this action.

43445 - CSRH - Updates for August 2021
Within the CSRH site, perform a series of updates ahead of August 2021.

4353 - CSRH - 2021 Batch 01 - New CSRH Educational Supervisors Report (ESR) (ZEN 43642)
Within the CSRH site, replace the existing "Educational Supervisor's Report" form with a new version.

4357 - CSRH - 2021 Batch 01 - New CSRH Summary of Progress (Clinical Expert) page (ZEN 43646)
Within the CSRH site, establish new page accessed via the "Progression > CSRH Summary of Progress (Clinical Expert)" menu item.

Within the CSRH site, update the options within the "Procedure" field within the unpublished "Summative OSATS (Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills) - 2021 Curriculum" and "Formative OSATS (Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills) - 2021 Curriculum" forms.

Within the CSRH site, update the unpublished "Community Sexual and Reproductive Health (CSRH) Curriculum 2021" curricula, removing the 4 x top level items within which the CiPs are grouped and instead list all the child CiPs at the top level.

Within the CSRH site, update the label used for curriculum items from "Competencies" to "Capabilities".

Within the CSRH site, update the unpublished CbD, Mini-CEX, Formative OSATS and Summative OSATS forms, retitling the "Trainee's GMC" field to "Trainee's GMC Number".

Within the PHYSICIAN site, publish new MCR feedback and MCR Summary forms for trainees with the revised 2021 curricula for the following specialties: Allergy, Audiovestibular Medicine, Clinical Genetics, Clinical Neurophysiology, Dermatology, Haematology, Immunology, Medical Oncology, Medical Ophthalmology, Nuclear Medicine, Paediatric Cardiology, Rehabilitation Medicine and Sports and Exercise Medicine.
