Within the UHL site, publish a new "Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Summary" form that can be used to release anonymised data from collected "Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Feedback" forms.

47932 - PHYSICIAN - Establish new Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) form (NEP-3402)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish an "Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD)" form for users with the "Physician Cardiology & Internal Medicine 2022 Capabilities in Practice (CiPs)" curriculum.

With the FPH site temporarily remove the Learning Agreements, Supervision, OOP and CCT menu items.

48244 - HFP - Establish new Designated Prescribing Practitioner role
Within the HFP site, establish a new supervisor style role named "HFP Designated Prescribing Practitioner", copying all existing permissions from the "HFP Designated Supervisor" role to start.

48245 - EPORTFOLIO - Fix ordering of badges in form titles
Within ALL sites, ensure that the badges displayed against forms are listed in a consistent order: Self-Entered, Achieved, Private then Draft.

48246 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure that the date that links are created is accessible to users (NEP-4265)
Within ALL sites, expand the pop-ups that contains details of links/associations so that it is possible to identify the date when a link/association was created.

48255 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum not showing OTHER certificate names correctly
Within ALL sites, ensure that when a "Certificate and exams" item of type "Other" has been linked to a curriculum item, that the provided certificate title is displayed for the linked item.

48252 - FPH - Update column titles on ticket overview page.
Within the FPH site, which allows the creation of draft tickets, update the title of the first column on the Ticket Overview page from "Outstanding" to "Draft / Outstanding".

48256 - EPORTFOLIO - Add Specialty Admin
Within the CPICS, DGFT, EMRTS, SWB and UHL sites, provide users of the Senior/Technical Administrator role with the ability to administer specialties.

48258 - EPORTFOLIO - Unable to select correct supervisor after changing post whilst creating ticket
Within ALL sites, ensure that the list of supervisors displayed in the recipient field is updated if the selected post is changed during the ticket creation process.
