  • 4738 - STIF - Add Locations (ZEN 44079)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

4146 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Form Title Formula in Physician forms (ZEN 43143)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the form title formula to ensure consitent titles across all forms. 

4738 - STIF - Add Locations (ZEN 44079)
Within the STIF site, add 277 new trust and clinic locations.
