Release 38.6 - Sat 16 September 2023

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 38.6 scheduled for deployment on Saturday 16th September 2023.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46137 - PEP - Update administrator permissions for TAB forms (ZEN 50550)
  • 46175 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure compliance with NHS Scotland Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
  • 46234 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove unnecessary HTTP response headers
  • 46235 - EPORTFOLIO - Redirect HTTP visitors to HTTPS
  • 46243 - EPORTFOLIO - Update NuGet Packages and JavaScript Libraries

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46018 - UMEP - BUCKINGHAM - ARPP Summary of Progress Page (ZEN 49993)
Within the UMeP site, for students at University of Buckingham Medical School, establish a new ARPP Summary of Progress page.

46137 - PEP - Update administrator permissions for TAB forms (ZEN 50550)
Within the PEP site, update permissions for the "Self TAB" and "Team Assessment Behaviour (TAB)" forms, so that users of the  "PEP Senior Administrator" role can edit form content, if required.

46173 - EPORTFOLIO - Resolve issue with supervisor search during post admin
Within ALL sites, resolve errors that could occur if users attempted to search for a supervisor without selecting a location or including non alphanumeric characters in their name.

46175 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure compliance with NHS Scotland Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

46176 - PEP - Create New User Page Bug (ZEN 50757)
Within ALL sites, prevent the "Account Type" field from being a mandatory field when creating a new user account.

46193 - PEP - Remove references to Doctor within help text in Reflection form
Within the PEP site, update the help content within the "Reflection" form to remove references to foundation doctors.

46200 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure cut-copy-paste buttons are available when editing alert messages
Within ALL sites, ensure that when editing the content of alert messages, that cut, copy and paste buttons are available for use.

46215 - EPORTFOLIO - Update e-Learning for Healthcare page (ZEN 50858)
Within ALL sites, update the  e-Learning for Healthcare page to more clearly indicate to users that data is refreshed daily and as such data may not appear for up to 24 hours once an account has been linked.

46218 - EPORTFOLIO - Error on Summary Report selecting more than 7 Form Groups
Within ALL sites, prevent an error occurring if an attempt is made to run the "Summary Report" with more than 7 form groups selected.

46228 - PHYSICIAN - Prevent creation of Summary TAB forms by administrators other that JRCPTB administrators (ZEN 50873)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, prevent users of the "Physician Administrator" role from being able to create and release "Summary TAB" forms.

46234 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove unnecessary HTTP response headers
