Release 36.2 - Sat 23 July 2022

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 36.2, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 23rd July 2022.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 44672 - PHYSICIAN - New Summary of Progress pages (Group 2 Specialty - Batch 1) (ZEN 46973)

  • 44810 - EPORTFOLIO - Eliminate BootBox.js dependency
  • 44957 - EPORTFOLIO  - Show spinner when making ajax calls on non-jquery pages
  • 44686 - PHYSICIAN - New Summary of Progress pages (Group 2 Specialty - Batch 2) (ZEN 47513)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 44931 - EPORTFOLIO - Delete Published Instance button not disabled despite associated tickets (ZEN 47916)
  • 44936 - PHYSICIAN - ARCP Panels show ARCP form status as Draft when completed ARCP form also exists

2213 - EPORTFOLIO - Adding Filters to Admin Forms page
Within ALL sites, update the ePortfolio Admin > Forms page to allow filtering of pubished forms based on the location/training programme to which they are published.

44670 - EPORTFOLIO - Refactor User Info Modal

44672 - PHYSICIAN - New Summary of Progress pages (Group 2 Specialty - Batch 1) (ZEN 46973)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish new Summary of Progress pages for the Clinical Genetics, Clinical Neurophysiology, Haematology, Medical Oncology, Medical Ophthalmology, Pharmaceutical Medicine and  Sport & Exercise Medicine specialties.

44762 - UMEP - LEICESTER - 1. Move users to historic role (ZEN 47624)
Within the UMEP site, remove all roles relating to the Leicester location, replacing with a Historic role providing appropriate signposting.

44810 - EPORTFOLIO - Eliminate BootBox.js dependency

44957 - EPORTFOLIO  - Show spinner when making ajax calls on non-jquery pages
Within ALL sites, ensure that the spinner indicating that the browser is waiting on data from the server is displayed in all situations.

44686 - PHYSICIAN - New Summary of Progress pages (Group 2 Specialty - Batch 2) (ZEN 47513)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the "Delete Published Instance button" is enabled/disabled correctly.

44931 - EPORTFOLIO - Delete Published Instance button not disabled despite associated tickets (ZEN 47916)
Within ALL sites, ensure that ARCP Panel functionality correctly handles situations where multiple ARCP forms exist with different draft/non-draft statuses.

44936 - PHYSICIAN - ARCP Panels show ARCP form status as Draft when completed ARCP form also exists
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish new Summary of Progress pages for the Allergy and Clinical Immunology (Allergy), Allergy Clinical and Laboratory Immunology (Immunology), Audiovestibular Medicine, Dermatology, Nuclear Medicine, Paediatric Cardiology and Rehabilitation Medicine specialties.
