Release 45.0 - Sat 28 Feb 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 45.0 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 28th February 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 48985 - EPORTFOLIO - Standalone Bulk Add Posts feature
  • 49115 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate removal of Specialties2UserTrainingProgrammes
  • 49125 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to review panel admin
  • 49153 - MANAGEMENT - Removal of unnecessary user accounts
  • 49162 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove unnecessary columns from Signatures table

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 49128 - EPORTFOLIO - Buttons that need fixed to complete VSTS 48431
  • 49223 - EPORTFOLIO - Standardise text displayed against certificates that have not been confirmed
  • 49225 - EPORTFOLIO - Validation issue when invalid date specified for certificate item
  • 49266 - MANAGEMENT - New Locations are inactive by default
  • 49279 - EPORTFOLIO - 500 error when name is left blank in personal details
  • 49280 - PHYSICIAN - Error displayed importing an invalid excel sheet to college exams certificates

47004 - EPORTFOLIO - Information admin updates
Within ALL sites, improve the usability of the existing "Information" admin section including separating our the "Information Group" into a new admin section.

48985 - EPORTFOLIO - Standalone Bulk Add Posts feature
Within ALL sites, introduce a new "Bulk Add Posts" feature that does not require the deprecated "Bulk Trainee Admin page".

49115 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate removal of Specialties2UserTrainingProgrammes

49125 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to review panel admin
Within ALL sites, update the review panel administration feature to improve usability and consistency with other administration features.

49128 - EPORTFOLIO - Buttons that need fixed to complete VSTS 48431

Within ALL sites, replace occurrences of "Not yet confirmed" and "UnConfirmed" with the standardised value of "Not Confirmed".

49225 - EPORTFOLIO - Validation issue when invalid date specified for certificate item
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue whereby a certificate could not be saved, but no reason confirming why was displayed, if an invalid date was provided.

49266 - MANAGEMENT - New Locations are inactive by default
Within the MANAGEMENT site, ensure that when adding a new location that the new location is active by default.

49279 - EPORTFOLIO - 500 error when name is left blank in personal details
Within ALL sites, ensure that if either the first name or last name field is left blank when updating personal details that the user is prompted to provide a value rather than an error occurring.

49280 - PHYSICIAN - Error displayed importing an invalid excel sheet to college exams certificates

Within ALL sites, resolve an issue whereby it would not be possible to copy a ticket immediately after creation.
