Release 31.6 - Sat 22 Aug 2020

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 31.6, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 22nd August 2020.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 3408 - UMEP - Switch on Ticketing for Curriculum Ratings for 'Practical skills and procedures' curriculum
  • 3849 - EPORTFOLIO - Update tabs in admin forms UI
  • 3901 - EPORTFOLIO - FormPickLists needs to link to form data by PrimaryKey instead of Name
  • 3921 - EPORTFOLIO - Cleanup Curriculum page
  • 3941 - LAS - Update Site Form Groups (ZEN 42950)
  • 3948 - EPORTFOLIO - Rename SiteNames2RegistrationNumberTypes to RegistrationNumberTypes2SiteNames

3401 - EPORTFOLIO - Removal of administrator roles from unused accounts
Within ALL sites, remove administrator roles from user accounts that have not logged in within the previous 365 days.

3408 - UMEP - Switch on Ticketing for Curriculum Ratings for 'Practical skills and procedures' curriculum
Within ALL sites, provide administrators with an easy way of marking curriculum items as rateable via a ticket request. Within the UMeP site, ensure curriculum item ratings within the new "Practical Skills and Procedures" curriculum can be requested via a ticket.

3849 - EPORTFOLIO - Update tabs in admin forms UI

3901 - EPORTFOLIO - FormPickLists needs to link to form data by PrimaryKey instead of Name

3904 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to content in ticket emails
Within ALL sites, ensure that ticket emails do not incorrectly reference "forms" where the ticket is requesting a rating.

3921 - EPORTFOLIO - Cleanup Curriculum page
Within ALL sites, update the curriculum page to ensure that rating and ticket rating buttons are right aligned and have appropriate tooltips.

3941 - LAS - Update Site Form Groups (ZEN 42950)
Within the LAS site, add new form groups and associated menu items whilst relocating existing forms into the new form groups as appropriate.

3947 - EPORTFOLIO - Resolve Caching Issues when Uploading Profile Picture

Within ALL sites, ensure that via the form admin interface it is not possible to assign read, update or delete permission to the anonymous "Ticket Assessor" role.

3963 - LAS - Page titles missing for Ticket Assessor role

3968 - EPORTFOLIO - Alerts counter in account menu incorrect
Within ALL sites, ensure that the counters for outstanding alerts reflects the number of alerts that have not been dismissed by the logged-in user.

3970 - EPORTFOLIO - Eliminate My Draft Forms tab and menu item
Within ALL sites, remove the "My Draft Forms" menu item and homepage tab, relocating this to the new Account menu.

3972 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Bulk User Importer to handle blank curricula
Within ALL sites, ensure that the Bulk User Importer does not fail of no curricula is selected for the new user account.

4004 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure curriculum rating labels remain visible on dark coloured backgrounds
Within ALL sites, ensure that where the background colour for a curriculum rating is dark, that the colour of the text used for the label within the rating is white rather than black, ensuring it remains visible.
