Release 41.9 - Mon 2 Dec 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 41.9 scheduled for deployment on Monday the 2nd December 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 47349 - MANAGEMENT - Update Manage Filled Forms to enable reverting forms to draft
  • 47785 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve visibility of warning message on non-main sites
  • 47806 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Supervisor Report in multiple sites
  • 47846 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to form related entries with the user activity feed
  • 47911 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent search engine indexing of specific pages
  • 47914 - SWB - Copy curricula from other sites to SWB site (NEP-3358)
  • 47915 - SWB - Copy form designs from other sites to SWB site (NEP-3358)
  • 47916 - SWB - Copy MSF process from UHP (NEP-3358)
  • 47928 - SWB - Update site logo and colour scheme (NEP-3415)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 47900 - PA - Replace Keele Logo in PA site with logo from UMeP site to resolve sizing issue
  • 47905 - FPH - Error deleting post with associated draft tickets (NEP-3194)
  • 47910 - PHYSICIAN - Validation messages shows incorrect item numbers
  • 47918 - EPORTFOLIO - UTP Supervisor search causing errors
  • 47947 - EPORTFOLIO - History tab in Create New User feature listing incorrect users
  • 47948 - EPORTFOLIO - Recently Accessed Users counter in Switch User popup
  • 47955 - EPORTFOLIO - Unable to search for curriculum rating tickets within ticket overview page (NEP-2866)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

47349 - MANAGEMENT - Update Manage Filled Forms to enable reverting forms to draft
Within the MANAGEMENT site, provide authorised personnel with a quick way of reverting a form to DRAFT status, allowing it to be edited by the person that last saved the form.

47785 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve visibility of warning message on non-main sites
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

47806 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Supervisor Report in multiple sites
Within ALL sites, establish a new "Supervisor Report" report, providing details of supervisors and their related trainees.

47846 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to form related entries with the user activity feed
Within ALL sites, update the Activity Feed so that for form related activity, the full form titles is included instead of just the type of form to which it relates.

47900 - PA - Replace Keele Logo in PA site with logo from UMeP site to resolve sizing issue
Within the PA site, ensure that the University of Keele logo is correctly sized, as per the UMeP site.

47905 - FPH - Error deleting post with associated draft tickets (NEP-3194)
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue that prevented the deletion of a post that contains or previously contained draft tickets.

47910 - PHYSICIAN - Validation messages shows incorrect item numbers
Within the PHYSICIAN site, ensure that validation messages within PYR forms contain accurate numbering.

47911 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent search engine indexing of specific pages

47914 - SWB - Copy curricula from other sites to SWB site (NEP-3358)
Within the SWB site, establish copies of curricula from other sites.

47915 - SWB - Copy form designs from other sites to SWB site (NEP-3358)
Within the SWB site, establish copies of form designs from other sites.

47916 - SWB - Copy MSF process from UHP (NEP-3358)
Within the SWB site, establish a copy of the MSF process from the UHP site.

47918 - EPORTFOLIO - UTP Supervisor search causing errors
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

47928 - SWB - Update site logo and colour scheme (NEP-3415)
Within the SWB site, update the logo and colour scheme to better march the trust style guide.

47947 - EPORTFOLIO - History tab in Create New User feature listing incorrect users
Within ALL sites, ensure that after creating new users, the correct user is accessible via the History tab.  Additionally, ensure that the new user is correctly listed in the "Recently Accessed Users" homepage tab, simplifying navigation to the new user.

47948 - EPORTFOLIO - Recently Accessed Users counter in Switch User popup
Within ALL sites, ensure that the counter in the Recently Accessed Users tab in the Switch User popup contains the correct numeric value, not a placeholder.

47955 - EPORTFOLIO - Unable to search for curriculum rating tickets within ticket overview page (NEP-2866)
Within ALL sites, ensure that users can search for tickets for curriculum ratings using text within the curriculum item title.
