Within the RCPI site, implement an enhanced “Trainer Sign Off” request process.

Within the FOUNDATION site, ensure all fields on TAB summary form are included in output generated by Analyse Forms feature.

Within the UNDERGRADUATE site, add a new menu entitled “Curriculum” via which access to Tomorrow’s Doctors 2009 Curriculum will be facilitated.
16843 – EPORTFOLIO – Hide top/side navigation when printing page via browser [ZEN 12497]
Within all sites, ensure that when using the browsers built in print mechanism, that page furniture such as navigation is not displayed.

Within the FOUNDATION site, ensure that names are split into separate first name and last name fields in the output from the “All Trainee Curriculums” and”Form count by trainee”reports

Within the FOUNDATION site, remove the ability for trainees to request completion via ticket of CS and ES end of placement reports and ES end of Year report forms.

Within the CEM site, ensure all references to CEM are replaced with RCEM and update branding to show Royal seal of approval.
17078 – FOUNDATION – 2015 – TAG – CR237 FSM/FSD access to admin functions
Within the FOUNDATION site, ensure that Foundation School Manager and Foundation School Director” role users have access to the “Current Trainee Report” report plus admin programmes and admin rotations functionality.
17079 – FOUNDATION – 2015 – TAG – CR236 and CR241 – Updates to summary of ARCP evidence page
Within the FOUNDATION site, update wording on F1 and F2 summary of ARCP evidence page and (on the F1 version only), show link to ALS certificate in addition to ILS certificate.
17083 – FOUNDATION – 2015 – TAG – CR252 – Post/supervisor entry into AF1C/FACD certificate forms
Within the FOUNDATION site, ensure that when more than 6 relevant posts exist, that it is the most recent 6 posts, not the first 6 posts, that are included on AF1C and FACD certificates.

Within the FOUNDATION site, ensure that appropriate “cohort” values are set for all F1 and F2 trainees in the 2014/2015 year.

Update logos used in NHS ePortfolio offline companion app to match those within NHS ePortfolios website.
17420- PHARMACY – Authors unable to open “Feedback Form” and “Witness Testimony” forms [ZEN 13566]
Within the PHARMACY site, ensure that users are able to view “Feedback Form” and “Witness Testimony” forms they have created on behalf of others.
17514 – RCPI – Trainer sign off functionality UAT [8856]
Within the RCPI site, perform further updates to the enhanced “Trainer Sign Off” request process and functionality for the simultaneous signature of multiple items.
17530 – EPORTFOLIO – Update Curriculum Editor to respect CurriculumItems2ExternalSystemReferences
Within all sites, update the curriculum editor to ensure that links to external systems are preserved when curriculum are copied.
17543 – EPORTFOLIO – Selected Users Image not re-sizing correctly
Within all sites, ensure that user profile images are correctly resized at all times.

Within the RPCI site, ensure that options appropriate to the trainee, not current user, are displayed for selection in picklists, when editing forms.
