Release 34.5 - Sat 6 Nov 2021

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 34.5, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 6th November 2021.

  • 43819 - EPORTFOLIO - Reporting page shows no reports after accessing a trainee's profile
  • 43829 - MOBILE APP - EPORTFOLIO - Error occurring on Forms where the form has the 'Achieved' checkbox
  • 43831 - EPORTFOLIO - Errors generated when users with Administrator or LimitedAdministrator role attempt to create some reports.
  • 43850 - MOBILE APP - PHYSICIAN - Prevent creation of a ticket request for a Patient Survey form plus other items
  • 43852 - EPORTFOLIO - Physician - Error appearing in Management Admin logs when creating an 'Audit Assessment' form
  • 43895 - FICM - Incorrect form titles displayed in Move Forms facility (ZEN 46200)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

5069 - MANAGEMENT - Recent Logins
Within the MANAGEMENT site, establish a new facility to allow authorised personnel to monitor the user accounts that have recently logged-in.

43451 - CSRH - Update logo and colour scheme (ZEN 45350)
Within the CSRH site, update the logo and colour scheme used to reflect updated CSRH branding.

43486 - EPORTFOLIO - Replace generic profile picture placeholder with user initials
Within ALL sites, for users that have not uploaded a profile picture, replace the generic placeholder with a roundel containing the users initials.

43600 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Training Period Year and DefaultForms2Years
Within ALL sites, remove the ability to target form publishing based on the year in which a user commenced training.

43701 - CSRH - Update Form Groups and Menus (ZEN 45384)
Within the CSRH site, rearrange forms into logical form groups and update the menus to reflect the new form groups

43742 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove ShowDescription column from FormGroups table

43766 - EPORTFOLIO - Allow bulk updating of TrainingProgrammes2Curriculums dates (ZEN 45685)
Within ALL sites, update the Training Programmes tab within the Curriculum Admin feature to allow users to sort the list of associated training programmes and to update the active from/to dates in bulk.

43776 - EPORTFOLIO - Provide access to form help text from within forms
Within ALL sites, provide users (including users responding to ticket requests) with the ability to view the help text for a form when completing the form.

43777 - EPORTFOLIO - Provide access to curriculum help text when rating in response to a ticket
Within ALL sites, provide users (including users responding to ticket requests) with the ability to view the help text for curriculum items when completing ratings for those items.

43778 - EPORTFOLIO - Resolve errors identified by automated accessibility checks

43795 - UMEP - Tutors not linked to a medical student by post are able to access the students portfolio
Within ALL sites, ensure that tutors/supervisors are not able to access the portfolios of students whom they have rated but are otherwise unrelated.

43806 - EPORTFOLIO - Cancel button does not work when rating a ticketed curriculum item
Within ALL sites, ensure that the cancel button is not displayed when not rating within a popup.

43819 - EPORTFOLIO - Reporting page shows no reports after accessing a trainee's profile
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue whereby the list of reports would not be displayed after an administrator had viewed a trainee account.

43829 - MOBILE APP - EPORTFOLIO - Error occurring on Forms where the form has the 'Achieved' checkbox
Within ALL sites, resolve error that prevented users from creating forms that contain the Achieved control using the mobile app.

43831 - EPORTFOLIO - Errors generated when users with Administrator or LimitedAdministrator role attempt to create some reports.
Within ALL sites, prevent errors from occurring when reports are accessed in a brand new site that does not yet contain any forms.

43835 - EPORTFOLIO - Migrate Curriculum front end page to MVC

43850 - MOBILE APP - PHYSICIAN - Prevent creation of a ticket request for a Patient Survey form plus other items
Within ALL sites, update the mobile app to ensure that only one form can be requested per ticket.

43852 - EPORTFOLIO - Physician - Error appearing in Management Admin logs when creating an 'Audit Assessment' form
