Release 35.4 - Sat 2 Apr 2022

43844 - MANAGEMENT - Migrate the Location admin page to MVC

43846 - MANAGEMENT - Migrate the Test Email admin page to MVC
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

43919 - EPORTFOLIO - Implement speech recognition
Within ALL sites, provide a facility whereby users can use speech recognition to populate text fields within forms.

44134 - MALTA GP - Removal and replacement of roles
Within the MALTAGP site, remove all MALTAGP roles from user accounts and replace them with a single "Historic MALTAGP ePortfolio" role.

44140 - UMEP - UCL - Establish new Historic location and alert
Establish a new location and alert for assignation in the future to users that previously had a role relating to the UMEP UCL location.

44141 - UMEP - UCL - Removal and replacement of roles
Within the UMEP site, remove all roles relating to the UCL location, replacing with a Historic role providing appropriate signposting.

44142 - UMEP - UCL - Data Removal
Within the UMEP site, remove all data relating to UCL

44470 - EMRTS - New Site Build (ZEN 47047)
Establish a new site named EMRTS on behalf of the Emergency Medical Retrieval and Transfer Service in Wales.

44532 - PEP - Add GPhC to Personal Details
Within the PEP site, allow the recording of individuals GPhC number within their personal details and update other elements (e.g. user search) to support this.

44538 - PA - Provide access to Attention Items
Within the PA site, provide supervisors and administrators with access to view, update and delete Attention Items recorded in a Students portfolio.

44539 - EPORTFOLIO - Add username and email address to Certificates and Exams Report (ZEN 47249)
Within ALL sites, update the Certificates and Exams report to include the username and email address of accounts being included within the report.

44540 - UMEP - Add Undergraduate Medical Student as option for role in Early Years TAB (ZEN 45392)
Within the UMeP site, update the Early Years TAB form so that when "Other Team Members" is selected, an additional option entitled "Undergraduate Medical Student" is available for selection.

44541 - UMEP - Switch off Attention Items for Early Years TAB forms only (ZEN 47251)
Within the UMeP site, remove all existing Attention Items established in response to Early Years TAB forms and prevent that form from establishing further Attention Items.

44543 - PA - Add Column Headings to Summary of Progress Practical Skills and Procedures
Within the PA site, add column headings to the Summary of Progress (Practical Skills and Procedures) page, providing users with details of how the indicators are triggered.

44628 - FSRH - Removal and replacement of roles
Within the FSRH site, remove all FSRH roles from user accounts and replace them with a single "Historic FSRH ePortfolio" role.

44537 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure consistent icon is used for accessing help text
Update Early Years TAB forms within the UMeP site and TAB forms within the PA site to utilise a help icon consistent with other forms.
