Release 37.4 - Sat 11 February 2023

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 37.4 scheduled for deployment on Saturday 11th February 2023.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 45453 - PEP - Add Curriculum rating helptext
  • 45495 - LAS - Allow supervisors to view form analytics (ZEN 49186)
  • 45512 - EPORTFOLIO - Standardise behaviour of draft private and achieved sliders
  • 45515 - JUCD - Addition of GMC to Personal Details (ZEN 49223)
  • 45522 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure DRAFT and PRIVATE tags and sliders utilise accessible colours

45173 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Curriculum Ratings / Curriculum Rating Group admin
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

45175 - EPORTFOLIO - Usability improvements to rating modals
Within ALL sites, display rating levels as a radio button list instead of a drop-down list to improve usability on touchscreen devices.

45189 - PHYSICIAN - Remove duplicated assessor details fields
Within the PHYSICIAN site, remove extraneous non-prefilled assessor details fields that were included in form designs in error.

45207 - PHYSICIAN - Curriculum Rating Specialty Selection (ZEN 48211)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish new functionality that enables some curriculum items to require a specialty to be selected as part of the rating process.

45453 - PEP - Add Curriculum rating helptext
Within the PEP site, add helptext for rating levels available in the "'Advanced Practice Mental Health Capabilities" curriculum.

45495 - LAS - Allow supervisors to view form analytics (ZEN 49186)
Within the LAS site, provide users of the  "LAS Supervisors" role with access to the "Form Analytics" feature currently only available to administrator.s

45512 - EPORTFOLIO - Standardise behaviour of draft private and achieved sliders
Within ALL sites, ensure that the Draft, Private and Achieved sliders at the bottom of forms are displayed as badges when a form is in read-only mode and in downloadable PDF versions of the forms.

45515 - JUCD - Addition of GMC to Personal Details (ZEN 49223)
Within the JUCD site, ensure that users are able to provide a GMC number when updating their personal details.

45522 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure DRAFT and PRIVATE tags and sliders utilise accessible colours
Within ALL sites, update the colours used for DRAFT and PRIVATE sliders to ensure that they have sufficient contrast, improving usability for those with impaired vision.

45553 - CSRH - Error generated opening draft ARCP form where the Deanery has changed from default
Within the CSRH site, resolve a bug that caused an error to occur when opening an existing ARCP form that had been saved in a DRAFT state when the value of the "Deanery" field had been changed from it's default value.

45557 - EPORTFOLIO - Enhancements to TAB Summary Page
Within ALL sites, updated to the TAB/MSF specific overview page to improve usability.

45568 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent creation of new user accounts without an email address
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue that caused additional user accounts (minus an email address) to be created if the "Create New User" button was pressed multiple times.

45575 - UMeP - Form Count By Student report issue with multiple specialties
Within the UMeP site, update the Form Count by Student report so that specialties are included as a comma delimited list in a single field, reverting to one row per post.

45602 - EPORTFOLIO - Amendment to text within AccountUnlocked emails OutgoingEmailTypeId = 7
Update the text contained with email messages to ensure users are signposted to the correct location to reset their password.
