Release 33.0 - Sat 6 Mar 2021

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 33.0, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 6th March 2021.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 4455 - EPORTFOLIO - Introduce new Form is Locked when Signed feature for self managed forms
  • 4715 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary Progress (IMT) page (ZEN 44050)
  • 4744 - EPORTFOLIO - Database Diet
  • 4746 - EPORTFOLIO - Index Maintenance
  • 4789 - EPORTFOLIO - Provide trainees with ability to quickly generate a PDF of a filled form
  • 4791 - PHYSICIAN - Update Summary of Progress (IMT) page to MVC
  • 4821 - STIF - Add new form group and menu item for 'Learning needs assessment' (ZEN 44079)
  • 4823 - EPORTFOLIO - Migrate the Information section front end to MVC
  • 4901 - PHYSICIAN - Remove Courses and Seminars

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

2723 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve All Forms page performance
Within ALL sites, replace the View and Edit buttons with a single Open button and delay verification of permissions to improve load times.

4455 - EPORTFOLIO - Introduce new Form is Locked when Signed feature for self managed forms
Within ALL sites, introduce a new "Form is Locked when Signed" feature, allowing form designers to give users edit permission for forms but have these locked at a later date.

4715 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary Progress (IMT) page (ZEN 44050)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the Summary of Progress (IMT) page so that filled forms for inclusion in sections 6 and 7 are identified via form tags.

4744 - EPORTFOLIO - Database Diet

4746 - EPORTFOLIO - Index Maintenance
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

4789 - EPORTFOLIO - Provide trainees with ability to quickly generate a PDF of a filled form
Within ALL sites, provide trainees with a button at the bottom of the form to enable the downloading of a PDF version of the form for sharing/printing.

4791 - PHYSICIAN - Update Summary of Progress (IMT) page to MVC

4821 - STIF - Add new form group and menu item for 'Learning needs assessment' (ZEN 44079)
Within the STIF site, add a new menu item entitled "Learning needs assessment" within the Forms menu, providing access to forms within a new form group of the same name.

4823 - EPORTFOLIO - Migrate the Information section front end to MVC

4901 - PHYSICIAN - Remove Courses and Seminars
Within the PHYSICIAN site, remove homepage tabs and menu items relating to the disused "Courses and Seminars" features.
