Release 44.5 - Sat 17 Jan 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 44.5 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 17th January 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46898 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent browser based scaling of logos in headers in a normal viewport size.
  • 49047 - HFP - Add filters to all forms page (NEP-6485)
  • 49062 - EPORTFOLIO - Extend lockout rule to lock more than forms
  • 49092 - HFP - Establish new Patient Survey custom forms (NEP-6180)
  • 49137 - EPORTFOLIO - Update security headers
  • 49144 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum Admin Usability Improvements
  • 49151 - FPH - Restrict roles that can be added when an FPH Regional Administrator is creating a new account (NEP-6730)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 49154 - EPORTFOLIO - Anonymous tickets are sent an email with details of account creation
  • 49156 - PHYSICIAN - Additional roles can be assigned via Admin Roles page
  • 49169 - UMEP - University of Buckingham Request to remove link to form for a student (NEP-6809)

46898 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent browser based scaling of logos in headers in a normal viewport size.

49047 - HFP - Add filters to all forms page (NEP-6485)
Within the HFP site, add a new filter to the All Forms and form group overview pages, allowing users to filter the list of forms based on them having / not having been signed by another user.

49062 - EPORTFOLIO - Extend lockout rule to lock more than forms
Within ALL sites, ensure that a user that is no longer able to create/edit forms because they no longer have a post within the lockout rule is no longer able to create/edit other forms of evidence.

49092 - HFP - Establish new Patient Survey custom forms (NEP-6180)
Within the HFP site, establish 6 x new "Patient Survey" forms for users with new 2025-26 curricula.

49137 - EPORTFOLIO - Update security headers

49144 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum Admin Usability Improvements
Update the search/filters and layout of the main curriculum admin page to be consistent with other admin areas.

49151 - FPH - Restrict roles that can be added when an FPH Regional Administrator is creating a new account (NEP-6730)
Within the FPH site, reduce the number of roles that users of the FPH Regional Administrator role can assigned to a new account during the account creation process.

49154 - EPORTFOLIO - Anonymous tickets are sent an email with details of account creation
Within ALL sites, update the content of email messages sent for anonymous tickets (e.g. Patient Survey / Patient Satisfaction forms) to remove references about being able to create an account during the completion process.

49156 - PHYSICIAN - Additional roles can be assigned via Admin Roles page
Within ALL sites, ensure that administrators are only able to add the roles they can assign to a new account during the account creation process to an existing account.

49169 - UMEP - University of Buckingham Request to remove link to form for a student (NEP-6809)
Within ALL sites, remove erroneous links and establish an automated process to remove these in the future.
