Release 45.4 - Sat 18 Apr 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 45.4 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 18th April 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 48683 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Messaging Feature
  • 48986 - EPORTFOLIO - Standalone Bulk Add Programmes feature
  • 49233 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve or replace the curriculum item popup
  • 49286 - PHYSICIAN - Establish new "ACCS Sedation Assessment Tool (ASAT)" form (NEP-6924)
  • 49360 - EPORTFOLIO - Make Bootstrap modals movable

Fixed included in this release are:

  • 49308 - PHYSICIAN - Summary of Progress pages don't use ReadFormInPopup
  • 49388 - EPORTFOLIO - SharePack FilledForms sometimes lose styling

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

48683 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove Messaging Feature
Within ALL sites, remove the messaging feature to align with the UK Online Safety Act, which places a legal duty on providers of platforms offering user-to-user communication to assess and mitigate risks of harm, including inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content.

48986 - EPORTFOLIO - Standalone Bulk Add Programmes feature
Within ALL sites that do not have the "Bulk Trainee Admin" feature, add a new feature to allow seniro administrators to add programmes to users in bulk.

49233 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve or replace the curriculum item popup
Within ALL sites, improve the popup containing details of a curriculum item displayed when viewing details of linked items.

49286 - PHYSICIAN - Establish new "ACCS Sedation Assessment Tool (ASAT)" form (NEP-6924)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish an entirely new "ACCS Sedation Assessment Tool (ASAT)" form within the "Assessment Forms (Specialty Specific)" form group for trainees with the "Physician ACCS 2021 Learning Outcomes (LO)" curriculum.

49308 - PHYSICIAN - Summary of Progress pages don't use ReadFormInPopup
Within the PHYSICIAN site, ensure that forms opened from Summary of Progress pages are opened in pop-ups rather than entirely new windows.

49360 - EPORTFOLIO - Make Bootstrap modals movable
Within ALL sites, ensure that pop-up windows can be moved around the page by dragging the header (or footer where there is no header).

49388 - EPORTFOLIO - SharePack FilledForms sometimes lose styling
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.
