49805 - PHYSICIAN - Establish Enrolment API (NEP-8028)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish a new Enrolment API plus associated functionality to allow the automated creation / configuration of NHS ePortfolios user accounts by the RCP Enrolment system.
49815 - EPORTFOLIO - Update User Activity code to work with offline process
