Release 45.8 - Sat 30 May 2026

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 45.8, scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 30th May 2026.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 49416 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to user info modal
  • 49446 - EMRTS - Enable Reports
  • 49456 - SQUMED - Provide access to Bulk Add Post and Bulk Add Programmes features
  • 49483 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new TagType for CertificateTypes (NEP-7543)
  • 49484 - HFP - Update Summary of Progress page tag handling and title (NEP-7543)
  • 49495 - HFP - Create new Certificates and Exams for 2026-27 (NEP-7543)

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 49527 - WHT - Hide completed and not reviewed statuses in review panels for sites that do not have a form that affects this (NEP-7661)
  • 49558 - UMeP - Prevent hiding of assessor details by default when non-students are previewing TAB forms (NEP 7738)
  • 49562 - EPORTFOLIO - Badge styling missing from forms in link evidence pop-up following text search
  • 49578 - EPORTFOLIO - Help text not accessible for non-rateable curriculum items (NEP-7823)
  • 49579 - EPORTFOLIO - Forms completed via a ticket are shown in the activity feed of other roles
  • 49608 - FPH - Error when opening previously saved ARCP Outcome forms (NEP-7909)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

49416 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to user info modal
Within ALL sites, update the user info modal, increasing it's width and adding details of programmes and received tickets.

49446 - EMRTS - Enable Reports
Within the EMRTS site, provide users of the EMRTS Technical Administrator role with access to standard reports - Form Count by User, Certificates and Exams, Curriculum Usage, Curriculum Rating.

49456 - SQUMED - Provide access to Bulk Add Post and Bulk Add Programmes features
Within the SQUMED site, provide users of the SQUMED Senior Administrator role with access to the standalone "Bulk Add Post" and "Bulk All Programmes" features ahead of the retiral of the Bulk Student Admin feature.

49483 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new TagType for CertificateTypes (NEP-7543)
Within all sites, establish a new mechanism to allow tagging of certificateTypes for use in Summary of Progress pages and associated functionality,.

49484 - HFP - Update Summary of Progress page tag handling and title (NEP-7543)
Within the HFP site, retitle the existing Summary of Progress page to "Summary of Progress 2025/26" and update it to utilise tags to identify which certificate types to display.

49495 - HFP - Create new Certificates and Exams for 2026-27 (NEP-7543)
Within the HFP site, establish new certificate types for use in 2026/27.

49527 - WHT - Hide completed and not reviewed statuses in review panels for sites that do not have a form that affects this (NEP-7661)
Within the WHT site, ensure that the "completed/not reviewed" status is not displayed within review panel functionality.

49558 - UMeP - Prevent hiding of assessor details by default when non-students are previewing TAB forms (NEP 7738)
Within the UMeP site, prevent assessor details being hidden when TAB forms are previewed by noin-students.

49562 - EPORTFOLIO - Badge styling missing from forms in link evidence pop-up following text search
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue that prevented badges being correctly displayed in form titles when searching within forms in the link evidence pop-up window.

49578 - EPORTFOLIO - Help text not accessible for non-rateable curriculum items (NEP-7823)
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue that prevented help text being displayed when the information icon was clicked beside non-rateable curriculum items.

49579 - EPORTFOLIO - Forms completed via a ticket are shown in the activity feed of other roles
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue whereby an error would occur when attempting to view a form completed using the External Assessor role when viewing the activity feed in another role.

49608 - FPH - Error when opening previously saved ARCP Outcome forms (NEP-7909)
Within the FPD site, resolve the issue whereby an ARCP Outcome form could be saved despite the placement data not having been populated.
