Below are the items that are to be included in Release 42.8 scheduled for deployment on Tuesday the 15th April 2025.
Update items included in this release are:
- 48348 - HFP - Enable access to Blank Forms for all roles
- 48349 - HFP - Enable Curriculum Sign Off view in HFP site
- 48350 - HFP - Enable Specialties in the HFP site
- 48351 - HFP - Add Grade Admin for HFP Senior Administrators
- 48354 - EPORTFOLIO - PT2911-001 - Cross-Site Scripting (XSS)
- 48356 - EPORTFOLIO - PT2911-002 - User Enumeration
- 48366 - PHYSICIAN - Update Form Count By Trainee report filters

- 48339 - PHYSICIAN - Update target in Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology / Medical Virology form (NEP-4536)
- 48340 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent changing of file extension during file rename in personal library
- 48343 - EPORTFOLIO - Download File option not shown for recently uploaded personal library files
- 48375 - FPH - Manually changing dates in FPH ARCP report causes report to refresh before date is complete
- 48436 - PHYSICIAN - Validation error completing post dates in Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) form (NEP-4666)
Descriptions for these items are as follows:
48339 - PHYSICIAN - Update target in Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology / Medical Virology form (NEP-4536)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "Penultimate Year Review (PYR) - Infectious Diseases and Medical Microbiology / Medical Virology" form, changing the target for specialty CiP "2.1. Able to provide clinical leadership and support to the laboratory" from Level 2 to Level 4.
48340 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent changing of file extension during file rename in personal library
Within ALL sites, prevent users from changing the extension of a file whilst retaining the ability to modify the remainder of the filename.
48343 - EPORTFOLIO - Download File option not shown for recently uploaded personal library files
Within ALL sites, ensure that immediately after uploading a file that the option to Download the file is included within the menu, where appropriate.
48348 - HFP - Enable access to Blank Forms for all roles
Provide users of all roles within the HFP site (not just the “HFP TraineePharmacist” role) with access to download blank PDF versions of forms withinthe HFP portfolio via the Help > Blank Forms menu item.
48349 - HFP - Enable Curriculum Sign Off view in HFP site
Provide users of all roles within the HFP site except the “HFP Trainee Pharmacist”roles with access to the “Sign Off” view of curricula, enabling rapid rating ofcurriculum items.
48350 - HFP - Enable Specialties in the HFP site
Enable all specialty related functionality within the HFP site, including creating three specialties(“Primary Care”, “Secondary Care” and “Community Pharmacy”).
48351 - HFP - Add Grade Admin for HFP Senior Administrators
For users of the “HFPSenior Administrator” role, provide access to a page that allows the user to add new grades, if required.
48354 - EPORTFOLIO - PT2911-001 - Cross-Site Scripting (XSS)

48366 - PHYSICIAN - Update Form Count By Trainee report filters
Within ALL sites, update the Form Count By Trainee report (or equivalent) to include a training programme filter for users with a training programme permission.
48375 - FPH - Manually changing dates in FPH ARCP report causes report to refresh before date is complete
Within the FPH site, modify the ARCP Summary page to include a refresh button that must be clicked after updating the date range, preventing the page from refreshing on each keystroke when a date is being typed.
48436 - PHYSICIAN - Validation error completing post dates in Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) form (NEP-4666)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, resolve the issue whereby date fields were being incorrectly validated within the Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) form.
