21505 – PHYSICIAN – Update to RCP Exam Data Pull [ZEN 25567]
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the interface to the MRCP database to better support Icelandic trainees without GMC numbers.

22526 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance display of trainee details shown on supervisor homepage
Within all sites, provide link to user information card for trainees listed on supervisor home pages.

22916 – EPORTFOLIO – Make summary forms not creatable or readable for trainees when not released
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

22918 – RCR – Quality Improvement Project Assessment Form [ZEN 30343]
Within the RCR site, establish a new “Quality Improvement Project” assessment form.

22956 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance Alerts to allow Rich Text
Within all sites, update the Alerts facility to allow administrators to utilise rich text styling (e.g. bold, italic, underline etc) and insert links within alert messages

22971 – DPH – Basic site build – Phase 2 – Spec changes since phase 1
Within the DPH site, restrict access to features by users of the DPH Deanery Admin role and correct text within the “Report on Academic Progress” form.

23056 – FOUNDATION – 2017 – CORE – Update to the guidance text on SLE page [ZEN 30827]
Within the FOUNDATION site, update the guidance text for SLE’s to reflect the FP Curriculum 2016, as provided by UKFPO.

23099 – RCEM – Location changes 2017 [ZEN 31055]
Within the RCEM site, rename “Frimley Park Hospital NHS Foundation Trust” and “South Devon Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust” to “Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust” and “Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (TSDFT)”

23133 – EPORTFOLIO – Easily View/Edit forms created via tickets
Within all sites, update the Ticket Overview page to enable users to quickly and easily view forms that have been created from tickets.

23159 – EPORTFOLIO – MESSAGING – Prevent reply/reply all messages to 50+ users
With all sites that have access to messaging features, prevent the creation of new messages with 50+ recipients in the TO and/or CC fields via the Reply/Reply All feature.

23247 – EPORTFOLIO – Make textarea fields within forms expand to show all text.
When completing a self-managed form, make mutli-line text fields expand to accommodate additional text as it is provided by the user.

23272 – EPORTFOLIO – Override default warning colour scheme
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

23297 – EPORTFOLIO – Adjust sizing of page headers on narrow screen widths [ZEN 31692]
Within all sites, apply responsive styling to page titles, reducing the vertical space used by this standard page element on narrow screens.

23326 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance display of user details shown in recently accessed users lists
Within all sites, in the recently accessed user tab, add an icon providing access to the user information card.

23327 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance display of user details shown when adding message recipients
Within all sites that have access to messaging features, update the display of user information to use the commonly used user information card.

23328 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance display of trainee details shown on a selected users’ supervised trainees page
Within all sites, provide link to user information card for trainees listed on the supervised trainees page when viewing a supervisor account..

23329 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance display of user search results
Within all sites, update the layout of user search results, including adding a link to view the user information card for the user direct from the search results page.

23346 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance display of user details in switch selected user feature
Within all sites, provide link to user information card for users listed within the switch selected user feature.

23376 – EPORTFOLIO – Update links to Help Centre
Within all sites, update existing links to Help Centre content.

23386 – UNDERGRADUATE – BUCKINGHAM – Educational Agreement form obeys post lockout rule when it should not [ZEN 31902]
Within the UNDERGRADUATE site, update the permissions for the Educational Agreement form available to users within the BUCKINGHAM location.

23400 – EPORTFOLIO – On the User Information Card, show all roles and role locations
Within all sites, ensure that the user information card shows details of all roles from all sites.
