Below are the items that are to be included in Release 43.6 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 9th August 2025.

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

48652 - SWFT- Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels (NEP 4785)
Within the SWFT site, provide users of the "JUCD Administrator" and "JUCD Senior Administrator" roles with access to "ARCP Panels" and create a new "SWFT Panel Member" role that is assigned to panel members.

48675 - EPORTFOLIO - Minimise un-necessary session timeouts when pre-filling forms within ticket requests
Within all sites, update the pop-up in which forms are pre-filled as part of a ticket request to avoid session time outs if users spend an extended period of time pre-filling a form.

48689 - HFP - Daily Activity Log 25-26 Summary (NEP-5412)
Within the HFP site, establish an entirely new "Daily Activity Log 25-26 Summary" form that can be used to summarise multiple "Daily Activity log 25-26" forms.

48693 - HFP - Prescribing Hours Log Summary (NEP-5412)
Within the HFP site, establish an entirely new "Daily Activity Log 25-26 Summary" form that can be used to summarise multiple "Daily Activity log 25-26" forms.

48722 - EPORTFOLIO - Add missing Foreign Keys
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

48727 - UHP - Text updates to MSF forms (NEP-5304)
Within the UHP site, update references to "Advanced Practitioner" to simply "Practitioner" within MSF forms.

48730 - WSFT - Retrieve learning activities from 3 x Programmes (NEP-5331)
Retrieve data from e-LfH relating to their "Educator Training Resources (ETR)", "Prescribe – Clinical Pharmacology and Prescribing (CPT)" and "Asthma (Children and young people)" programmes and allow linking from this programme in the WSFT site plus sites that have no programme restrictions for linking.

48731 - WHT - Retrieve learning activities from 2 x Programmes (NEP-XXXX)
Retrieve data from e-LfH relating to their "Educator Training Resources (ETR)", "Prescribe – Clinical Pharmacology and Prescribing (CPT)" and "Asthma (Children and young people)" programmes and allow linking from this programme in the WSFT site plus sites that have no programme restrictions for linking.

48741 - PHYSICIAN - Update PYR form permissions to allow editing by Physician Programme Director role users (NEP-5323)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the permissions for all PYR forms so that users of the "Physician Programme Director" role can edit non-draft forms  (i.e. forms already saved by others).

48760 - HFP - Error when panel member clicks on attention items icon

48761 - EPORTFOLIO - Supervisor trainee search not working correctly
Within ALL sites, update the user search facility for supervisors to allow searching for non-contiguous words, as per other user search facilities.

48762 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to content within support form submissions (NEP-5168)
Within ALL sites, resolve styling issues within the content of email messages sent when the Help > Support form is submitted.

48764 - UMEP - BELFAST - Remove Queens University Belfast logo from login page
Remove the Queens University Belfast logo from login page.

48783 - HFP - Update email address within GDPR warning on PBA (Feedback) and PBA (Self) forms (NEP 5397)
Within the HFP site, update the contact email address displayed within the  PBA (Feedback) and PBA (Self) forms.
