Release 44.0 - Sat 1 Nov 2025

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 44.0 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 1st November 2025.

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 48966 - EPORTFOLIO - Multiple offline messages overwrite each other
  • 49006 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent user that did not create a form from deleting form via Save As Draft (NEP-6220)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

49039 - PEP - Enable Draft Ticketing
Within the PEP site, allow users to create tickets without selecting a recipient, allowing the pre-filling of the form before any notification is sent to the recipient.

47343 - PHYSICIAN - Update the date displayed against MCR Summary forms
Within the PHYSICIAN site, ensure that the date displayed for automatically generated MCR Summary forms is updated to reflect the individual MCR forms being summarised.

48299 - HFP - Summary of Progress Page (NEP-4802)
Within the HFP site, establish a "Summary of Progress" page to provide users with a single page overview of programme completion.

48732 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Analyse Forms to allow selection of multiple specialties (NEP-5255)
Within ALL sites, allow the selection of multiple specialties instead of a single specialty when setting filters within the Analyse Forms report.

48858 - EPORTFOLIO - Add missing columns to History tables
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

48865 - UHP - Patient Feedback Survey (NEP-5091)
Within the UHP site, establish new "Patient Feedback Survey" and "Patient Feedback Summary" forms.

48879 - HFP - Assurance Panel Outcome Form UAT (NEP-5040)
Within the HFP site, update and publish the "Assurance Panel Outcome" form.

48893 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum Rating Report (NEP 4999)
Within ALL sites, establish a new "Curriculum Rating Report" that outputs details of individual rating received for one or more curriculum items.

48911 - EPORTFOLIO - Update code in horizontal progress bars in forms
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

48920 - EPORTFOLIO - Implement generic auto-save functionality (NEP-5421)
Within ALL sites, when a user is creating/editing a form, prompt the user to restore the last version that was automatically saved if the form was not successfully saved by the user when it was last being created/edited.

48923 - UHP - Copy MCR process from UHL to UHP site (NEP-5826)
Within the UHP site, establish a copy of the MCR process from the UHL site.

48879 - HFP - Assurance Panel Outcome Form UAT (NEP-5040)
Within the HFP site, update and publish the "Assurance Panel Outcome" form.

48966 - EPORTFOLIO - Multiple offline messages overwrite each other
Within ALL sites, ensure that if multiple "going offline" messages are currently appropriate, that all are displayed.

49006 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent user that did not create a form from deleting form via Save As Draft (NEP-6220)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the DELETE button visible for forms saved as draft is only made available if the user has permission to delete the form in a non-draft state or if the user is the person that created the form.
