Below are the items that are to be included in Release 29.3, scheduled for deployment on Sat 2 Nov 2019.

  • 2372 - UNDERGRADUATE - BUCKINGHAM - Change to 'Weekly Educational Supervisor review' form (ZEN 40042)
  • 2395 - UNDERGRADUATE - BUCKINGHAM - Change Permissions on Forms (ZEN 40242)
  • 2475 - RCOG - Removal and replacement of roles
  • 2488 - BBT - Migrate to new form overview page
  • 2489 - UHB - Migrate to new form overview page
  • 2527 - EPORTFOLIO - Minimise db calls on every request
  • 2544 - EPORTFOLIO - Move Menu caching from Session to Redis

31 - EPORTFOLIO - Automated Reminder to Complete Form(s) Saved as Draft (TFS 20211)
Within ALL sites, send users an automated reminder to complete forms that have been saved in a DRAFT state for an extended period of time.

2372 - UNDERGRADUATE - BUCKINGHAM - Change to 'Weekly Educational Supervisor review' form (ZEN 40042)
Within the UNDERGRADUATE site, for users in BUCKINGHAM, update the "Weekly Educational Supervisor review" form.

2395 - UNDERGRADUATE - BUCKINGHAM - Change Permissions on Forms (ZEN 40242)
Within the UNDERGRADUATE site, update permissions to prevent users in BUCKINGHAM from being able to create the default UMeP Assessment forms.

2475 - RCOG - Removal and replacement of roles
Removal of all RCOG roles, replacing them with "Historic RCOG ePortfolio" role.

2488 - BBT - Migrate to new form overview page
Within the BBT site, update per form group form overview pages accessed directly from menus to use the new style page as per the existing summary overview page.

2489 - UHB - Migrate to new form overview page
Within the UHB site, update per form group overview pages accessed directly from menus to use the new style page as per the existing summary overview page.

2527 - EPORTFOLIO - Minimise db calls on every request
