Release 36.8 - Sat 26 November 2022

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 36.8, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 26th November 2022.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 44828 - PHYSICIAN - Migrate NON-IMT MCR Year Summary Sheet to MVC
  • 44830 - EPORTFOLIO - Migrate Curriculum Signoff page (LogBookReport.aspx) to MVC
  • 45174 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Picklist admin
  • 45321 - EPORTFOLIO - Enable addition of form reference code in form title builder
  • 45346 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Form Audit Report to include indicator as to whether the form is prefillable
  • 45385- EPORTFOLIO - Update content of security.txt file

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 45387 - EPORTFOLIO - Option to attach report to email missing from User Report
  • 45395 - MANAGEMENT - Unable to delete a filled form using the Manage Filled Forms facility
  • 45396 - EPORTFOLIO - User Activity entries recorded against incorrect trainee (ZEN 48879)

44828 - PHYSICIAN - Migrate NON-IMT MCR Year Summary Sheet to MVC
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

44830 - EPORTFOLIO - Migrate Curriculum Signoff page (LogBookReport.aspx) to MVC
Within ALL sites, update the curriculum signoff view (Logbook Progress Report) to improve usability.

45174 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Picklist admin
Within ALL sites, improve the Picklist Admin facility, including introducing the ability for administrators to identify forms within which a picklist is used.

45321 - EPORTFOLIO - Enable addition of form reference code in form title builder
Within ALL sites, enhane the form title builder with the ability to include the form referene code in form titles.

45346 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Form Audit Report to include indicator as to whether the form is prefillable
Within ALL sites, update the Form Audit report so that it includes a column indicating if the form can be completed by users as part of the ticketing process.

45385- EPORTFOLIO - Update content of security.txt file
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

45387 - EPORTFOLIO - Option to attach report to email missing from User Report
Within ALL sites, ensure that users have the ability to choose to attach the output from the User Report to the email notification message.

45395 - MANAGEMENT - Unable to delete a filled form using the Manage Filled Forms facility
Within the MANAGEMENT site, ensure that final OK/Cancel confirmation popups allow the user to proceed.

45396 - EPORTFOLIO - User Activity entries recorded against incorrect trainee (ZEN 48879)
Within ALL sites, ensure that user activity entries are correctly recorded when users save a form that they have returned to after pressing the back button in their browser.
