Release 40.4 - Mon 29 April 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 40.4 scheduled for deployment on Monday the 29th April 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46772 - STIF - Retitle forms (NEP-201)
  • 46924 - EPORTFOLIO - Per Site Specialty Management
  • 47002 - FPH - Allow phase (specialty) selection for curriculum ratings
  • 47012 - PHYSICIAN - Enable ticketing (to supervisors) of the Patient Survey ES Summary Form
  • 47037 - FPH - Remove the ability for other users to send tickets on behalf of registrar
  • 47115 - FPA - Updates to CPD Summary page (NEP-347)
  • 47132 - UHP - Modify UHP Reviewer Role

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 47109 - BNU - Minor e-Learning Page issues (NEP-1280)
  • 47130 - UHB - Trainee Post Report Issue (NEP-1306)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46772 - STIF - Retitle forms (NEP-201)
Within the STIF site, update the titles of forms so that they are sorted as expected.

46924 - EPORTFOLIO - Per Site Specialty Management
Within ALL sites, provide users of the most senior administrator role a facility that can be used for managing the specialties available within their site.

47002 - FPH - Allow phase (specialty) selection for curriculum ratings
Within the FPH site, force users to select a phase - phase 1 or phase 2 -when providing a rating for a curriculum item.

47012 - PHYSICIAN - Enable ticketing (to supervisors) of the Patient Survey ES Summary Form
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the "Patient Survey ES Summary Form" form so that trainees can send ticket requests for this form to supervisors associated with their posts.

47037 - FPH - Remove the ability for other users to send tickets on behalf of registrar
Within the FPH site, remove the ability for users other than the "FPH Registrar" to send ticket requests.

47115 - FPA - Updates to CPD Summary page (NEP-347)
Within the FPA site, update the "Verification CPD" section to count CPD credits instead of forms, remove references to the "40 CPD" target, ensure all specialties are displayed by default, add a roundel at the top of the summary page showing progress towards the required number (50) of credits.

47132 - UHP - Modify UHP Reviewer Role
Within the UHP site, modify the "UHP Reviewer" role so that users can only access portfolios to which they have a direct relationship (via a post), rather than all portfolios in a location / programme.

47109 - BNU - Minor e-Learning Page issues (NEP-1280)
Within ALL sites, resolve issue whereby the "Link" button would be disabled when displaying learning activities from multiple programmes and also resolve issue whereby attempt date/times did not include an AM/PM indicator.

47130 - UHB - Trainee Post Report Issue (NEP-1306)
Within the UHB site, resolve issues with the "Trainee Posts" report including resolving issue whereby the email column was not populated and updating site specific language in column titles from "Appointment" to "Programme" and "Placement" to "Post".
