Release 37.6 - Sat 1 April 2023

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 37.6 scheduled for deployment on Saturday 1st April 2023.

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

4872 - PEP - Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (ZEN 44166)
Within the PEP site, establish new ""Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ)" and "Patient Satisfaction Summary" forms within a new "Patient Satisfaction" form group.

45158 - PEP - 01 - CASP Form and CASP Panel Functionality (ZEN 48160)
Within the PEP site, establish new CASP Panel functionality, a new CASP Panel Member role and a new  "Clinical Academic Support Panel (CASP) Checklist" form.

45277 - UMEP - Warwick - Addition of Assistantship Signoff Report - Warwick curriculum to all Year 4 Student accounts (ZEN 48719)
Within the UMeP site, add the "WMS 2022/2023 Year 4" tag to all users with a current post with the grade of "Year 4" and add the "Assistantship Tasks (complete 100%) - Warwick" and "Assistantship Skills (complete at least 80%) - Warwick" curricula within these users current programme.

45282 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new MVC user search control
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

45525 - EPORTFOLIO - Curriculum Usage Report (ZEN 48721)
Within ALL sites, establish a new "Curriculum Usage" report that provides authorised administrators with details of the number of ratings and links present within curricula.

45561 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Admin Forms facility
Within ALL sites, update the form administrration facility to make more consistent with the curriculum administration facility and to introduce a feature to allow the moving of form designs between form groups.

45617 - PHYSICIAN - New Educational Supervisor Report (ESR) forms - Batch 4 (ZEN 49403)
Within the PHYSICAN site, establish new specialty specific Educational Supervisor Report (ESR) forms for the following specialties: Acute Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics, Endocrinology & Diabetes Mellitus, Gastroenterology, General Internal Medicine (IMST2), Genitourinary Medicine, Geriatric Medicine, Neurology, Palliative Medicine, Renal Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Rheumatology, Stroke Medicine.

45649 - CSRH - Trainee Lockout Feature (ZEN 49427)
Within the CSRH site, prevent use of the CSRH Trainee role where the current programme has a status of "Awaiting Payment" and provide users of the "CSRH Senior Administrator" role with access to the "Trainee Programme Report".

45661 - EPORTFOLIO - Update styling of NES sites to match NES style guide
Within the BBT and Pharamacy sites, update colour scheme to match current NES style guide colours.

45722 - EPORTFOLIO - Provide Senior Administrators with access to User Report (ZEN 49542)
Within the BBT, BMS PPMC, BNU, CSH, DMS, DPH, EMRTS, FHFT, Iceland, IoPPN, JUCD, LAS, NHSSA, PA, PEP, STIF, SWFT, UHB and UHL sites, provide access to the "User Report" that previously existed in only the Physician and UMeP sites.

45754 - EPORTFOLIO - Specialty Specific forms available when curriculum is inactive
Within ALL sites, ensure that forms are not published in trainee accounts because they have a curriculum if the curriculum is marked as no longer followed.

45755 - PHYSICIAN - Update publishing rules for generic DOPs forms (ZEN 49591)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the publishing rules so that the generic DOPs forms are pubished to users based on the curricula in their account rather than the enrolled training programme.

45760 - PHYSICIAN - Extend lockout rules from 270 days to 365 days (ZEN 49656)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, extend the lockout rule that prevents users of the Physician Educational Supervisor and Physician Programme Director roles fromcreateing/editing forms from  270 days after the post has ended to 365 days after the post has ended.

45763 - PHYSICIAN - Update ES ratings for Generic CiPs (ZEN 49335)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, ensure that ratings for Generic CiPs in Group one curricula given by the sole ES on a post are attributed to both the appropriate specialty and Internal Medicine.
