Release 41.2 - Sat 24 Aug 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 41.2 scheduled for deployment on Saturday the 24th August 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

45548 - PEP - 02 - Summary of Progress Page (NEP-1931 / ZEN 48160)
Within the PEP site, establish a new CASP "Summary of Progress" page the provides a single view containing progress in curricula and forms completed during a specific time period.

46959 - EPORTFOLIO - Your Trainees widget has some style issues
Within ALL sites, ensure that the content of the "Your Trainees" widget is always displayed within the widget and not extending out the right hand side / bottom.

47186 - HFP - Daily activity log summary
Within the HFP site, establish an entirely new "Daily Activity Log Summary" form that can be used to summarise multiple "Daily Activity log" forms.

47279 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Aviation and Space Medicine and associated summary form (NEP-1851)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, establish a new version of the "Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) - Aviation and Space Medicine" and associated summary form, removing the "Internal Medicine Clinical CiPs" section.

47338 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure appropriate styles are used when printing in a browser (NEP-1965)
Within ALL sites, ensure that when printing from the browser, appropriate styling rules are applied.

47377 - EPORTFOLIO - Homepage cleanup
Within ALL sites, ensure that notifications are correctly displayed on the home tab whilst the activity feed is displayed within the activity tab.

47384 - DGFT - Copy MSF process from UHP (NEP-971)
Within the DGFT site, establish a copy of the MSF process that was previously made available within the UHP site.

47385 - FPH - Enable Form Download for multiple roles
Within the FPH site, provide users of the "FPH Training Programme Director", "FPH Administrator" and "FPH Senior Administrator" roles with the ability to download individual filled forms as PDF files (as per the "FPH Registrar" role).

47390 - FPH - Allow updating of completion date by FPH Registrar
Within the FPH site, add a button to the "provisional completion date" homepage widget that, when clicked, allows the registrar to modify the furthest future programme end date.

47404 - PEP - Provide PEP Senior Administrator role with ability to edit filled forms
Within the PEP site, provide users of the PEP Senior Administrator role with the ability to edit the content of saved "Case Based Discussion (CBD)", " Developing the Clinical Teacher (DCT) ", " Direct Observation of Procedural Skills (DOPS) ", " Mini-clinical evaluation exercise for learning (mini-CEX)" and " Team Assessment Behaviour (TAB)" forms.

47406 - HFP - Update HFP Training Programme Director role type
Within the HFP site, update the "HFP Training Programme Director" role so that it can only be used to access portfolios of specific trainees  (via association with a trainees post) not all trainees associated with a location / programme.

47407 - HFP - Update Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) forms to allow saving as draft (NEP-2119)
Within the HFP site, update the 3 x Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) forms to allow users to save the forms as draft/non-draft.  The content of forms saved as draft can only be viewed by the user that saved the form as draft and by senior administrators.

47439 - PHYSICIAN - Update Cardiology and Internal Medicine Stage 2 (Dual CCT) summary pages to include Audit Assessment forms (NEP-1963)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update Summary of Progress pages to list Audit Assessment forms in addition to other QI forms (Affected pages are "Cardiology", "Internal Medicine Stage 2" and "Internal Medicine Stage 2 (Dual CCT)".)

47444 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to Summary of Progress - Medical Oncology page (NEP-1944)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update ST5 requirement for CiPs in the Summary of Progress - Medical Oncology page.

47469 - EPORTFOLIO - Error when clicking links in ticket emails when already logged-in
Within ALL sites, ensure that if a user is already logged-in to NHS ePortfolios then arrives via a link in a ticket email, that an error does not occur.

47493 - PHYSICIAN - Old background colour visible behind or around logo in ticket emails
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update email templates to remove the background colour shown behind the logo, which could be visible to users before images are loaded.

47496 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to My Tickets To Complete widget on External Assessor homepage
Within the External Assessor role, update the display of tickets that require completion to improve usability.

47497 - EPORTFOLIO - Signpost the existence of draft forms on External Assessor homepage
Within the External Assessor role, update the display of tickets that require completion to include expired tickets where the form has been started, but saved as DRAFT.

47512 - FPH - External Assessors unable to access linked evidence when completing LOSOS in response to a ticket
Within the FPH site, ensure that External Assessor users can view linked evidence when completing a LOSOS form in response to a ticket request.

47520 - EPORTFOLIO - Unable to view ARCP Panels in Firefox
Within ALL sites, resolve the issue where the "ARCP Panels" page was not able to be viewed by users of the Mozilla Firefox browser.

47525 - PHYSICIAN - Foundation Doctor to be added to Assessor Position field (NEP-1633)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the common values listed in the "Assessor's Position" field to include "Foundation Doctor" in addition to all existing values.

47555 - FPA - Update tooltip on CPD Summary page (NEP-2275)
Within the FPA site, establish a new report that provides administrators with the ability to select a subset of users and then, for each user, provides the data presented to users on their CPD Summary page.
