Descriptions for these items are as follows:

3426 - BBT - Assessment Form - Change Response Option - mini-PAT Forms (Psychiatry) (ZEN 42894)
Within the BBT site, replace the existing "mini-PAT Forms (Psychiatry)" form with a new version.

3427 - BBT - Assessment Form - Change Response Option - MSF Form (Medicine) (ZEN 42895)
Within the BBT site, replace the existing "MSF (Medicine)" form with a new version.

3969 - UMeP - DUNDEE - Activate new GMC 2018 curriculum (ZEN 43066)
Within the UMeP site, provide the "GMC Outcomes for Graduates (2018)" curriculum to Year 4 students at the DUNDEE location.

3976 - DPH - Updates to Educational Supervisor's Structured Report (ESSR) form (ZEN 42923)
Within the DPH site, replace the existing "Educational Supervisor's Structured Report" form with a new version.

4182 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to Attention Items page
Within ALL sites, update the "Attention Items" page to improve usability on narrow/touch screen devices.

4199 - EPORTFOLIO - Capture direct from camera to personal library
Within ALL sites, provide the ability for users to capture an image from the camera in their mobile device directly into their personal library.

4242 - EPORTFOLIO - Personal Library - Scroll issue on mobile
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue whereby users of touch screen devices were unable to scroll the page when viewing the content of a personal library.

4268 - UMeP - DUNDEE - Add Practical Skills and Procedures (ZEN 43509)
Within the UMeP site, provide the "Practical skills and procedures" curriculum (and associated functionality) to Year 4 students at the DUNDEE location.

4277 - EPORTFOLIO - Update reset password process
Within ALL sites, update the forgotten password process so that passwords are no longer reset to a random value but that users are instead sent a magic link to their password.

4283 - UMeP - Unable to report on Procedure 4. Partnership prescribing/ drug chart review using Form Count By Student report (ZEN 43504)
Within the UMeP site, resolve an issue that prevented users from selecting published instances other than the first published instance when using the "Form Count By Student" report.

4284 - UMeP - BUCKINGHAM - Retire shared DOPs form (ZEN 43551)
Within the UMeP site, retired the shared "DOPS" form so that it is no longer available for students at the BUCKINGHAM location.

4285 - EPORTFOLIO - Automatically Delete Analyse Forms output older than a year old
Within ALL sites, automatically delete output generated by the "Analyse Forms" reporting feature that is more than a year old.

4289 - PHYSICIAN - ARCP Report missing the 'Internal Medicine Training Stage 1' specialty (ZEN 43554)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, ensure that the  "Internal Medicine Training Stage 1" specialty can selected within the filters when reporting on ARCP forms.

4291 - UMeP - UCL - Retire shared Procedure form (ZEN 43564)
Within the UMeP site, retired the shared "Procedure" form so that it is no longer available for students at the UCL location.

4292 - EPORTFOLIO - Remove orphaned files from storage
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

4297 - EPORTFOLIO - Profile Dropdown - Display issues with emails
Within ALL sites, ensure that when a user account has multiple associated email addresses that all secondary email addresses are displayed in the tooltip accessed by clicking/hovering over the primary email address.

4306 - EPORTFOLIO - Loading icon squint on mobile devices
Within ALL sites, resolve a styling issue that resulted in the loading icon being squint when viewed on narrow/touch devices.

4307 - EPORTFOLIO - Select Role menu not resized on short screens (ZEN 43591)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the "Select Role" menu is resized on short screens, allowing any/all roles within the account to be selected.

4378 - EPORTFOLIO - First Time Login has invisible Log Out button
Within ALL sites, resolve a styling issue that resulted in the Log Out button being invisible when resetting an account password.

4380 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure Assessor Details panel is pre-filled for non-trainee users (ZEN 43649)
Within ALL sites, ensure that when filling a form with that contains the Assessor Details  that this is automatically pre-filled, even if the form is not being completed in response to a ticket request.

4393 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure e-LfH Learning Activities are accessible when viewing a trainee (ZEN 43671)
Within the BMSPPMC, FHFT, LAS, SWFT and UMeP sites, ensure that supervisors, tutors and administrators can view the page containing details of e-LfH  learning activities that have been retreived for the selected user.

4399 - PHYSICIAN - Errors generated when an image is linked to a form on Careers Management page
Resolve issue where in certain circumstances an existing filled form could not be deleted.

4410 - PHYSICIAN - Broken Gold Guide link on ARCP page
Update link to Gold Guide on Progression > ARCP page with new link.

4412 - UMEP - Links popup non-functional from TAB Summary form opened from TAB Overview page (ZEN 43693)
Resolve issue where the Links button did not work on the TAB Summary form when opened from the TAB Overview page

4419 - EPORTFOLIO - Update accounts with NES email addresses
Update accounts with @nes.scot.nhs.uk email addresses so they also have appropriate @nhs.scot email addresses associated.
