  • 44283 - MOBILE APP - EPORTFOLIO - Update form controls in mobile app
  • 44289 - EPORTFOLIO - Bulk Trainee or Student Admin page inserting incorrect post end date for bulk created posts
  • 44305 - UMEP - Training Programme issue with Practical Skills and Procedures Report (ZEN 46859)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

43925 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to reporting user interfaces
Within ALL sites, improve usability when running reports that are queued and also introduce a feature to allow report output to be included with the email notification when the report has been run.

44046 - CSRH - Changes to Educational Supervisor's Report 2021 (ZEN 46459)
Within the CSRH site, publish a new "Educational Supervisor's Report 2021" form for users with the 2021 curriculum.

44051 - UMEP - Add Feedback received field to DCT form (ZEN 45857)
Within the UMeP site, update the DCT form to include a new field labelled "Feedback Received".

44097 - EPORTFOLIO - Admin Associations Improvements

44177 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Form Audit Report
Within ALL sites, for users of senior Administrator style roles, establish a new report entitled "Form Audit" that outputs details of all forms available within a portfolio, including publishing rules, permissions and site-level statistics.

44179 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Post Audit Report
Within ALL sites, for users of senior Administrator style roles, establish a new report entitled "Post Audit" that outputs details of users who have potential issues with their posts (e.g. overlapping posts / posts that fall outside of their programme).

44183 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish new Curriculum Audit Report
Within ALL sites, for users of senior Administrator style roles, establish a new report entitled "Curriculum Audit" that outputs details of users who have multiple instances of the same curriculum.

44204 - PEP - Update Curriculum Overview page to new format (ZEN 46696)
Within the PEP site, remove the additional columns from the curriculum overview page which were inherited from the now retired Foundation ePortfolio.

44212 - PEP - Update menu items (ZEN 46657)
Within the PEP site, reduce the number of form groups and update the menus accordingly to make it easier to locate forms.

44225 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure e-LfH linking remains operational after January 2022

44231 - EPORTFOLIO - Move Create Forms widget to Typescript
Within ALL sites, update the Create Forms widget so that it can be used not only to create a new form but to start the process of creating a ticket request for a form.

44257 - EPORTFOLIO - Add CreatedDate to Users2TrainingProgrammes2Roles and establish history table

44258 - EPORTFOLIO - Increase size of radio buttons and checkboxes within forms to improve touchscreen usability

Within ALL sites, update the programme and post administration page to improve usability on narrow devices such as mobile phones.

44269 - UMEP - Comments fields missing from Early Years TAB Analyse Forms output (ZEN 46805)
Within the UMeP site, ensure that comments submitted in Early Years TAB forms are included within the output from the Analyse Forms report.

44283 - MOBILE APP - EPORTFOLIO - Update form controls in mobile app

44289 - EPORTFOLIO - Bulk Trainee or Student Admin page inserting incorrect post end date for bulk created posts
Within ALL sites, ensure that when posts are created in bulk that they end at 23:59:59, not 00:00:01 on the end date.

44305 - UMEP - Training Programme issue with Practical Skills and Procedures Report (ZEN 46859)
Within the UMeP site, ensure that users select a Training Programme when running the Practical Skills and Procedures report.
