Release 39.0 - Sat 11 November 2023

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 39.0 scheduled for deployment on Saturday 11th November 2023.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46321 - FPA - Ensure the CPD Panel is read-only except for FPA User and FPA Senior Administrators (ZEN 51018)
  • 46322 - FPA - Update Reference Code label within posts (ZEN 51018)
  • 46325 - FPA - Create new Annual Appraisal form (ZEN 51037)
  • 46380 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve site specific css
  • 46406 - FPA - Changes to CPD Period handling
  • 46407 - FPA - Updates to CPD Panel (ZEN 50977)
  • 46422 - PEP - Establish new CASP form group and menu item (ZEN 51129)
  • 46429 - FPA - Create form group and menu item for CPD (ZEN 51038)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46321 - FPA - Ensure the CPD Panel is read-only except for FPA User and FPA Senior Administrators (ZEN 51018)
Within the FPA site, ensure that the CPD Panel can only be populated/edited by users of the "FPA User" and/or "FPA Senior Administrator" roles.

46322 - FPA - Update Reference Code label within posts (ZEN 51018)
Within the FPA site, retitle the "Reference Code" field as "Additional Info"

46325 - FPA - Create new Annual Appraisal form (ZEN 51037)
Within the FPA site, establish a new "Annual Appraisal" form

46380 - EPORTFOLIO - Improve site specific css
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

46406 - FPA - Changes to CPD Period handling
Within the FPA site, remove the ability to assign posts to CPD Periods, updating the CPD Panel to remove this dependency.

46407 - FPA - Updates to CPD Panel (ZEN 50977)
Within the FPA site, update the content of the CPD Panel, adding and removing fields based on updated requirements provided by FPA.

46422 - PEP - Establish new CASP form group and menu item (ZEN 51129)
Within the PEP site, establish a new CASP form group and associated menu and move CASP related forms to this form group.

46429 - FPA - Create form group and menu item for CPD (ZEN 51038)
Within the FPA site, establish a new CPD form group and associated menu and move CPD related forms to this form group.
