Below are the items that are to be included in Release 31.1, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 6th Jun 2020.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 1623 - UNDERGRADUATE - Changes to TAB and adding Early Years TAB (ZEN 40896)
  • 3038 - UNDERGRADUATE - Changes to TAB Form Permissions
  • 2821 - UNDERGRADUATE - BUCKINGHAM - New Progress Report and Sign-off Report for Feb 2020 intake (ZEN 40632)
  • 3126 - UNDERGRADUATE - BUCKINGHAM - New Progress Report and Sign-off Report for Feb 2020 intake (ZEN 40632) - Item 4

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 3316 - PHYSICIAN - Summary of Progress (IMT) page not counting fields that contain decimals (ZEN 42730)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

1623 - UNDERGRADUATE - Changes to TAB and adding Early Years TAB (ZEN 40896)
Within the UMeP site, at various locations, establish a new "Early Years" TAB facility.

3038 - UNDERGRADUATE - Changes to TAB Form Permissions
Within the UMeP site, at all locations, update the permissions for TAB and the new"Early Years" TAB to all administrators to edit  completed Self TAB, TAB and TAB Summary forms.

2821 - UNDERGRADUATE - BUCKINGHAM - New Progress Report and Sign-off Report for Feb 2020 intake (ZEN 40632)
Within the UMeP site, at the BUCKINGHAM location, establish a new (v3) training programme, signoff report and progress report for use by MED20 students.

3126 - UNDERGRADUATE - BUCKINGHAM - New Progress Report and Sign-off Report for Feb 2020 intake (ZEN 40632) - Item 4
Within the UMeP site, at the BUCKINGHAM location, update MED20 students to use the new v3 training programme, signoff report and progress report.

3316 - PHYSICIAN - Summary of Progress (IMT) page not counting fields that contain decimals (ZEN 42730)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the Summary of Progress (IMT) page to ensure that totals correctly support non-whole numbers.
