Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the requirements within the "MCR" section of the "Summary of Progress - Allergy" page.
48565 - PHYSICIAN - Resolve incorrect MCR and QIPAT requirements within Summary of Progress - Immunology page (NEP-4881)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the requirements within the "MCR" and "QIPAT" sections of the "Summary of Progress - Immunology" page.
48617 - PHYSICIAN - Updates to existing ARCP form (NEP 5069)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the ARCP form to include two new outcomes (10.1 and 10.2), an additional N code (N23), plus updating of some wording.
