Release 40.2 - Mon 8 April 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 40.2 scheduled for deployment on Monday the 8th April 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46990 - JUCD - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels (NEP-323)
  • 46991 - OUH - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
  • 46992 - HWICS - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
  • 46993 - NUH - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
  • 46994 - UHP - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
  • 46995 - UHL - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
  • 47003 - PHYSICIAN - Allow selection of Service Core grade in IMT Summary of Progress pages

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 47021 - IOPPN - Error saving Summary of Clinical Experience Logs form (NEP-1218)
  • 47040 - FPA - Last two sections of CPD Summary should be credit counts, not form counts

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46990 - JUCD - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels (NEP-323)
Within the JUCD site, provide users of the "JUCD Administrator" and "JUCD Senior Administrator" roles with access to "ARCP Panels" and create a new "JUCD Panel Member" role that is assigned to panel members.

46991 - OUH - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
Within the OUH site, provide users of the "OUH Administrator" and "OUH Senior Administrator" roles with access to "ARCP Panels" and create a new "OUH Panel Member" role that is assigned to panel members.

46992 - HWICS - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
Within the HWICS site, provide users of the "HWICS Administrator" and "HWICS Senior Administrator" roles with access to "ARCP Panels" and create a new "HWICS Panel Member" role that is assigned to panel members.

46993 - NUH - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
Within the NUH site, provide users of the "NUH Administrator" and "NUH Senior Administrator" roles with access to "ARCP Panels" and create a new "NUH Panel Member" role that is assigned to panel members.

46994 - UHP - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
Within the UHP site, provide users of the "UHP Administrator" and "UHP Senior Administrator" roles with access to "ARCP Panels" and create a new "UHP Panel Member" role that is assigned to panel members.

46995 - UHL - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
Within the UHL site, provide users of the "UHL Administrator" and "UHL Senior Administrator" roles with access to "ARCP Panels" and create a new "UHL Panel Member" role that is assigned to panel members.

47003 - PHYSICIAN - Allow selection of Service Core grade in IMT Summary of Progress pages
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the Summary of Progress pages to include the "Service StR" grade within the grade selector.

47021 - IOPPN - Error saving Summary of Clinical Experience Logs form (NEP-1218)
Within the IOPPN site, resolve the issue preventing the saving of "Summary of Clinical Experience Logs" forms that summarise large forms.

47040 - FPA - Last two sections of CPD Summary should be credit counts, not form counts
Within the FPA site, update the "CPD Summary" page to ensure that the final two sections count credits not forms.
