Release 39.9 - Mon 18 March 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 39.9 scheduled for deployment on Monday the 11th March 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46770 - EPORTFOLIO - Display indicator if the user is a trainer recognised by the GMC
  • 46812 - FPH - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
  • 46817 - PHYSICIAN - Allow MCR forms to be saved in a draft state (NEP-798)
  • 46824 - EPORTFOLIO - Streamline Ticket Completion Process
  • 46835 - FPH - Add Certificate and Exams Report
  • 46870 - HFP - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it Assurance Panels
  • 46890 - FPH - Rename Faculty Membership Number to FPH Membership Number
  • 46909 - PHU - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
  • 46912 - PHYSICIAN - Revert primary button colours
  • 46925 - PHU - Copy MSF custom forms JUCD site to PHU site
  • 46928 - PHU - Update site specific colours

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 46938 - PHYSICIAN - Update headers in Summary of Progress pages to compliment new colour scheme
  • 46942 - PHYSICIAN - Remove purple colouring behind JRCPTB logo in ticket emails

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46770 - EPORTFOLIO - Display indicator if the user is a trainer recognised by the GMC
Within ALL sites, where a user has a GMC number associated with their account and the user is a trainer recognised by the GMC, display an indicator on the Personal Details and Admin Roles page.

46812 - FPH - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
Within the FPH site, provide users of the "FPH Senior Administrator" role with access to "ARCP Panels".

46817 - PHYSICIAN - Allow MCR forms to be saved in a draft state (NEP-798)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update all MCR forms to enable "Save As Draft".

46824 - EPORTFOLIO - Streamline Ticket Completion Process
Within ALL sites, streamline the ticket completion process, skipping un-necessary steps where possible.

46835 - FPH - Add Certificate and Exams Report
Within the FPH site, provide users of the "FPH Administrator", "FPH Regional Administrator" and "FPH Senior Administrator" roles with access to the "Certificates and Exams" report.

46870 - HFP - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it Assurance Panels
Within the HFP site, provide users of the "HFP Senior Administrator" role with access to "Assurance Panels" and establish a new "HFP Assurance Panel Member" role for users assigned to panels as panel members.

46890 - FPH - Rename Faculty Membership Number to FPH Membership Number
Within the FPH site, rename the existing registration number type of "Faculty Membership Number" to "FPH Membership Number".

46909 - PHU - Enable Review Panel functionality naming it ARCP Panels
Within the PHU site, provide users of the "PHU Administrator" and "PHU Senior Administrator" roles with access to "ARCP Panels" and rename the role assigned to panel members from "PHU ARCP Reviewer" to "PHU Panel Member".

46912 - PHYSICIAN - Revert primary button colours
Within the PHYSICIAN site, revert the green primary button colour creating contrast that allows the button text to revert to white.

46925 - PHU - Copy MSF custom forms JUCD site to PHU site
Within the PHU site, establish MSF Self, MSF and MSF Summary forms as per those in the JUCD site.

46928 - PHU - Update site specific colours
Within the PHU site, update the colour scheme to match that specified in the most recent basic site build document.

46938 - PHYSICIAN - Update headers in Summary of Progress pages to compliment new colour scheme
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the colour of accordion headers within Summary of Progress pages to compliment the recently updated colour scheme.

46942 - PHYSICIAN - Remove purple colouring behind JRCPTB logo in ticket emails
Within ticket emails sent by users of the PHYSICIAN site, ensure the logo is correctly sized and is displayed on a white, note purple, background.
