Release 35.9 - Sat 25 June 2022

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 35.9, scheduled for deployment on Saturday 25th June 2022.

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 44804 - PHYSICIAN - Form Completed Text and logo not centred
  • 44805 - EPORTFOLIO - "Application Reference" details extend outside the user details pop-up
  • 44809 - UMEP - Resolve issues with TAB overview pages
  • 44825 - EPORTFOLIO - Syntax error generated in Admin logs when adding a signature to a form
  • 44857 - EPORTFOLIO - Forms listed on Completed Forms page are grouped incorrectly (ZEN 47870)
  • 44896 - UMEP - Restore autolinking feature in Practical Skills and Procedures forms

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

44528 - CSRH - ARCP Panels (ZEN 47184)
Within the CSRH site, establish new ARCP Panel functionality and update the existing ARCP form to help streamline the ARCP process.

44745 - EPORTFOLIO - Usability improvements to post modal
Within ALL sites, update the modal window use to add/edit posts, improving usability on narrow/touch screen devices.

44804 - PHYSICIAN - Form Completed Text and logo not centred
Within ALL sites, restore the correct formatting on the page that is displayed after completion of a PSQ form in response to a ticket request.

44805 - EPORTFOLIO - "Application Reference" details extend outside the user details pop-up
Within ALL sites, ensure that long registration numbers are appropriately wrapped within user details pop-ups.

44806 - BBT - Add Multiple Consultant Report (MCR) form (based on Physician IMT MCR form)
Within the BBT site, establish new "Multiple Consultant Report (IMT)" and "Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT)" forms and a daily process to automatically create the summary where this is appropriate.

44807 - BBT - Add Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire (PSQ) form (based on Physician PSQ form)
Within the BBT site, establish new "Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire - Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry" and "Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire Summary - Medicine, Paediatrics, Psychiatry" forms.

44809 - UMEP - Resolve issues with TAB overview pages
Within the UMeP site, ensure that the post selector is operational on TAB overview pages.

44814 - EPORTFOLIO - Update NuGet Packages and JavaScript Libraries
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

44820 - CSRH - Add National Training Number (NTN) Registration Number
Within the CSRH site, ensure that National Training Number (NTN) can be recorded within a user account.

44825 - EPORTFOLIO - Syntax error generated in Admin logs when adding a signature to a form
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

44827 - EPORTFOLIO - Index Maintenance

44857 - EPORTFOLIO - Forms listed on Completed Forms page are grouped incorrectly (ZEN 47870)
Within ALL sites, ensure that when forms are listed on the Completed Forms page, that they are correctly grouped based upon the trainee/student/user for whom they have been completed.

44896 - UMEP - Restore autolinking feature in Practical Skills and Procedures forms
Within the UMeP site, ensure that links are automatically established to the Practical Skills and Procedures (PS&P) curriculum when PS&P forms are saved.
