Release 38.3 - Sat 12 August 2023

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 38.3 scheduled for deployment on Saturday 12th August 2023.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 4340 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Create New User page
  • 45518 - MOBILE APP - Native Wrapper POC
  • 45654 - EPORTFOLIO - Research migration to .NET core
  • 46051 - EPORTFOLIO - Update the publish tab to clarify if the recipient can complete the ticket without a user account - i.e. the ticket assessor role permission
  • 46071 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Training site to use Azure Redis
  • 46082 - FPA - Establish Patient Survey and Patient Survey Summary Forms (ZEN 50400)
  • 46085 - NUH - Create new role for NUH Team Leader
  • 46086 - PHYSICIAN - Move Audit form from Reflective Practice form group to QI Audit Teaching and Clinical Activities form group (ZEN 50423)
  • 46099 - PEP - Updates to Current User Report

  • 46109 - CSRH - "There is no data available for this grade" message shown to CSRH ARCP Reviewer on Progression Summary Page
  • 46125 - EPORTFOLIO - Inaccessible colours used for "Draft" Label on Ticket Requests page
  • 46139 - PHYSICIAN - Ensure Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT) forms are automatically created in OOPP (Pause) grade posts (ZEN 50596)

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

4340 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Create New User page
Within ALL sites, improve the process used for creating individual new user accounts.

45518 - MOBILE APP - Native Wrapper POC
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

45560 - EPORTFOLIO - Prevent session timeout on public pages
Resolve the issue that caused the 5 minute countdown until session timeout pop-up to appear after resting on a public page for an extended time period.

45884 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to Supervised Trainees page
Within ALL sites, update the "Supervised Trainees" page to allow the deletion of previous/current/future links to trainees.

45654 - EPORTFOLIO - Research migration to .NET core
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

46051 - EPORTFOLIO - Update the publish tab to clarify if the recipient can complete the ticket without a user account - i.e. the ticket assessor role permission
Within ALL sites, update the publish tab within the admin forms feature, removing the "Ticket Assessor" role from the form permissions grid and adding a slider to indicate if the form can/cannot be compelted without a user account.

46071 - EPORTFOLIO - Update Training site to use Azure Redis
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

46082 - FPA - Establish Patient Survey and Patient Survey Summary Forms (ZEN 50400)
Within the FPA site, create new "Patient Survey" and "Patient Survey Summary" forms.

46085 - NUH - Create new role for NUH Team Leader
Within the NUH site, establish a new role entitled "NUH Team Leader", inheriting the permissions and behaviour of the existing "NUH Supervisor" role.

46086 - PHYSICIAN - Move Audit form from Reflective Practice form group to QI Audit Teaching and Clinical Activities form group (ZEN 50423)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, move the existing "Audit" form to the "QI Audit Teaching and Clinical Activities" form group.

46099 - PEP - Updates to Current User Report
Within the PEP, DMS, DPH, Iceland, IoPPN sites, update the Current User Report to include previous, current and future indicators for posts.

46106 - PHYSICIAN - Error message when viewing trainee details
Within ALL sites, resolve an error that can occur when viewing post/supervisor details if the trainee has overlapping posts.

46108 - EPORTFOLIO - Pin Comment on ticket Comments panel not working
Within ALL sites, resolve an issue that prevents ticket comments from being able to be "pinned" at the top of a form.

46109 - CSRH - "There is no data available for this grade" message shown to CSRH ARCP Reviewer on Progression Summary Page
Within the CSRH site, resolve an issue that can cause an error to occur on the progression summary page in certain circumstances.

46125 - EPORTFOLIO - Inaccessible colours used for "Draft" Label on Ticket Requests page
Within ALL sites, correct the colours used for "DRAFT" labels on the Ticket Requests page to ensure compliance with accessibility guidelines.

46139 - PHYSICIAN - Ensure Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT) forms are automatically created in OOPP (Pause) grade posts (ZEN 50596)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, ensure that the scheduled task that creates "Multiple Consultant Report Summary (IMT)" forms correctly creates these within posts of all grades in which the "Multiple Consultant Report (IMT)" form can be created, including "OOPP (Pause)" grade posts.
