Release 26.5 - Sat 7 Apr 2018

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

68 - EPORTFOLIO - Associated updates to ensure "My Tickets To Complete" Widget includes all appropriate tickets
When a new account is created or the email address is updated on an existing account, ensure the "My Tickets To Complete" widget/page content is updated to include appropriate ticket requests.

316 - EPORTFOLIO - Add progress bar to current post widget
Within all sites, add a progress bar to the current post widget on trainee homepages.

330 - EPORTFOLIO - Firefox specific TinyMCE bug

Within all sites, resolve issue that prevented the removal of form help text.
