Release 37.1 - Sat 14 January 2023

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 37.1 scheduled for deployment on Saturday 14th January 2023.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 45115 - FICM - 03 - Removal of FICM specific code and database content
  • 45309 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate a replacement for the pdf generator - PART 1
  • 45311 - EPORTFOLIO - Migrate TAB Overview page (TABSummary.aspx) to MVC
  • 45392 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate a replacement for the pdf generator - PART 2
  • 45401 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to display of ticket details when viewing a form created in response to a ticket
  • 45475 - EPORTFOLIO - Retitle link to forgotten login details feature

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 45269 - PHYSICIAN - Duplicate Training Programmes and Menu's displayed for Summary of Progress pages
  • 45412 - PEP - Error downloading blank TAB form
  • 45433 - UMEP - Forms completed by ticket not appearing on users' activity feed
  • 45480 - PEP - Issues with Additional Key Clinical Presentations on prefilled Primary Scope of Practice table form
  • 45483 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to styling in personal details tab and email address modal

Remove all code/database content relating to the now retired FICM site.

45269 - PHYSICIAN - Duplicate Training Programmes and Menu's displayed for Summary of Progress pages
Within the PHYSICIAN site, prevent duplicate Summary of Progress menu items appearing if a user has multiple instances of the same curricula

45309 - EPORTFOLIO - Investigate a replacement for the pdf generator - PART 1

45401 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to display of ticket details when viewing a form created in response to a ticket
Within ALL sites, update the way in which ticket details (including comments) are displayed in the header above forms created in response to a ticket.

45412 - PEP - Error downloading blank TAB form
Within the PEP, DMS, FICM, Foundation and ICELAND sites, ensure that users do not encounter an error when using the Blank Forms facility to download a PDF version of the TAB / MSF forms.

45433 - UMEP - Forms completed by ticket not appearing on users' activity feed
Within ALL sites, ensure that activity feed items are established for the current user when forms are completed on behalf of other users in response to a ticket request.

45475 - EPORTFOLIO - Retitle link to forgotten login details feature
Within the public login page, retitle the link to recover login details so highlight that it can be used to recover both username and password details.

45480 - PEP - Issues with Additional Key Clinical Presentations on prefilled Primary Scope of Practice table form
Within the PEP site, update the "Primary Scope of Practice table" form to allow the form to be pre-filled during the ticket creation process.

45483 - EPORTFOLIO - Updates to styling in personal details tab and email address modal
