Release 39.8 - Mon 11 March 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 39.8 scheduled for deployment on Monday the 11th March 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 46465 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish download curricula feature for administrators
  • 46703 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to Supervised Trainees page
  • 46704 - PHYSICIAN - Update form titles
  • 46814 - HFP - Update Form Groups and Menu Items
  • 46815 - PHYSICIAN - Merging of stroke and neuro curricula in user accounts
  • 46867 - EPORTFOLIO - Minor text update on forgotten password page

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 46830 - EPORTFOLIO - Admin Ratings display issues
  • 46845 - FPA - CPD Panel should not be pre-fillable within ticketing process
  • 46858 - EPORTFOLIO - Password reset unavailable after adding role to user account (NEP-943)
  • 46883 - UMeP - Clicking cancel on the declarations page redirects user to the wrong page
  • 46899 - MANAGEMENT - Restore password reset behaviour
  • 46915 - FPA - Locked out users are unable to logout

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

46465 - EPORTFOLIO - Establish download curricula feature for administrators
Within ALL sites, add a new "Download" item to the actions menu in the curriculum admin page to allow users to download a curriculum as an Excel file for offline verification / review.

46703 - EPORTFOLIO - Update to Supervised Trainees page
Within ALL sites, update the "Supervised Trainees" page to include an "All Roles" option, which is pre-selected by default.

46704 - PHYSICIAN - Update form titles
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update form titles so that the self, individual and summary TAB/MSF forms are grouped together and to better align the titles of IMT forms with other specialties.

46814 - HFP - Update Form Groups and Menu Items
Within the HFP site, update the form group titles and associated menu item.

46815 - PHYSICIAN - Merging of stroke and neuro curricula in user accounts
Within the PHYSICIAN site, where users have both the Neurology, IM and Stroke curriculum plus the standalone Stroke curriculum, migrate ratings and links from the Stroke curriculum and remove it.

46830 - EPORTFOLIO - Admin Ratings display issues
Within ALL sites, ensure that text remains visible if the rating background colour is set to black or another dark colour.

46845 - FPA - CPD Panel should not be pre-fillable within ticketing process
Within the FPA site, prevent users from pre-filling the CPD panel when pre-filling a form as part of a ticket request.

46858 - EPORTFOLIO - Password reset unavailable after adding role to user account (NEP-943)
Within ALL sites, ensure that the ability to reset a users password is immediately available once a role has been added.

46867 - EPORTFOLIO - Minor text update on forgotten password page
Update the error message displayed on the forgotten password page to improve clarity.

46883 - UMeP - Clicking cancel on the declarations page redirects user to the wrong page
Within the UMeP site, prevent unnecessary step if non-students cancel the creation of a declaration form.

46899 - MANAGEMENT - Restore password reset behaviour
Within the MANAGEMENT site, resolve the issue preventing the successful resetting of user passwords.

46915 - FPA - Locked out users are unable to logout
Within ALL sites, prevent users that have been locked out by site owners from successfully logging out.
