Fixes included in this build are:

  • 23160 – EPORTFOLIO – Invalid User ID stored in AttentionItems [ZEN 31210]
  • 23162 – RCEM – Incorrect titles displayed on Logbook of Procedures Overview page [ZEN 31213]
  • 23207 – EPORTFOLIO – Unable to easily view full pre-fill values for tickets

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

22075 – UNDERGRADUATE – Change Academic Mentor to Professional Mentor [ZEN 27192]
Within the UNDERGRADUATE site, rename the “UMeP Academic Mentor” role to “UMeP Professional Mentor”, retire the “Meeting with Academic Mentor” form, create a new “Meeting with Professional Mentor” form and update textual references throughout the site.

22331 – EPORTFOLIO – Supervisor “My Activity” Feature
Within all sites, introduce an “Activity” tab for users of supervisor style roles as per that which is currently available to trainee style roles.

22332 – EPORTFOLIO – Supervisor “My Trainee Activity” feature
Within all sites, establish a “My Trainee Activity” facility for users of supervisor style roles, enabling them to view a combined overview of activity by all assigned trainees without individually opening each ePortfolio.

22525 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance display of supervisor details shown on trainee homepage
Within all sites, update trainee homepages, replacing existing tooltip when hovering over supervisor names with an information icon that when clicked opens the “User Information Card”.

22527 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance display of supervisor details when administering posts
Within all sites, update the post administration pages to include links to “User Information Cards”, assisting with the selection of the appropriate supervisor accounts.

22574 – EPORTFOLIO – Enhance display of supervisor details shown on selected trainee homepage
Within all sites, update trainee homepages viewed by non-Trainees, replacing existing tooltip when hovering over supervisor names with an information icon that when clicked opens the “User Information Card”.

22770 – EPORTFOLIO – User Info Popup
Establish new “User Information Card” containing key details about an existing user account.

23029 – RCEM – Programme Extension [ZEN 30644]
Within the RCEM site, set the programme end date for all current programmes to the 1st August 2026.

23160 – EPORTFOLIO – Invalid User ID stored in AttentionItems [ZEN 31210]
Within all sites, resolve an issue that would prevent the display of the Attention Items overview page.

23162 – RCEM – Incorrect titles displayed on Logbook of Procedures Overview page [ZEN 31213]
Within the RCEM site, resolve issue whereby titles were not correctly displayed for “Other” items on the Logbook of Procedures overview page.

23172 – NES NM – Amend Mentor admin rights [ZEN 31225]
Within the NM site, restrict access to account related functionality for NM Mentor Administrators from 32 named individuals to 4 named individuals.

23200 – EPORTFOLIO – Improve performance of FilledForm.cs within the Domain project
NHS ePortfolios Internal Item.

23207 – EPORTFOLIO – Unable to easily view full pre-fill values for tickets
Within all sites, resolve an issue whereby it was not possible to view onscreen fully the pre-fill values on existing ticket requests.

23241 – UNDERGRADUATE – UCL – Update permissions on the MiniPAT Summary form [ZEN 31475]
Within the UNDERGRADUATE site, grant permission to UMEP Administrator role users to create and release MiniPAT Summary forms, retaining requirement for 4 completed MiniPAT forms to allow release.
