Release 41.8 - Thu 14 Nov 2024

Below are the items that are to be included in Release 41.8 scheduled for deployment on Thursday the 14th November 2024.

Update items included in this release are:

  • 47216 - PHYSICIAN - Amendment to ARCP form (NEP-1583)
  • 47820 - HFP - Professional Behaviour Assessment (PBA) updates (NEP-3339)
  • 47861 - HWICS- Retrieve learning activities from Frailty and Geriatric Medicine programmes (NEP-3206)
  • 47885 - SQUMed - Provide access to Import Users feature for users of the SQUMed Administrator role

Fixes included in this release are:

  • 47842 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure correct names are shown on custom TAB overview page
  • 47845 - HFP - Issues with curriculum rating related entries in activity feed (NEP-3151)
  • 47884 - EPORTFOLIO - Location picker not restricted on create new user page

Descriptions for these items are as follows:

47216 - PHYSICIAN - Amendment to ARCP form (NEP-1583)
Within the PHYSICIAN site, update the ARCP Outcome form to pre-populate the "Detailed reasons for recommended outcome" with any text in the summary of target fields from PYR forms created since the last ARCP form.

47820 - HFP - Professional Behaviour Assessment (PBA) updates (NEP-3339)
Within the HFP site, update the PBA feedback form to ensure comments are mandatory except when "Unable to assess" is selected plus also update the summary form so that self-entered comments are shown last, with an indicator beside them.

47842 - EPORTFOLIO - Ensure correct names are shown on custom TAB overview page
Within ALL sites, update custom TAB/MSF overview pages so that the email address of ticket recipients is displayed except when the email address is associated with a user account, when the name from the user account should be displayed instead.

47845 - HFP - Issues with curriculum rating related entries in activity feed (NEP-3151)
Within ALL sites, ensure that Activity Feed entries generated when a curriculum rating is created, updated or modified shows the title of the rated item, not the parent item.

47861 - HWICS- Retrieve learning activities from Frailty and Geriatric Medicine programmes (NEP-3206)
Retrieve data from e-LfH relating to their "Frailty" and "Geriatric Medicine" programmes and allow linking from these programmes in the HWICS site plus sites that have no programme restrictions for linking.

47884 - EPORTFOLIO - Location picker not restricted on create new user page
Within ALL sites, ensure that when creating a new user account, that the location picker for the new user is correctly restricted to only locations to which the current user has permission.

47885 - SQUMed - Provide access to Import Users feature for users of the SQUMed Administrator role
Within the SQUMed site, provide users of the "SQUMed Administrator" role with access to use the "Import Users" feature that is currently restricted to users of the "SQUMed Senior Administrator" role.
